Samsung you should be ashamed of yourself, at one time Samsung was a product you could buy and trust to be of superior quality, well unfortunately not anymore.

Pretty Decent.

If I had to choose something negative to say is that the pre-installed software takes up so much space! I don't know if this phone is SD card compatible but if it isn't then you're going to run out of space fast.

Can use straight out of the box!

It takes a different charging block than a usb one and it didn't come with it. I cannot believe Best Buy would sell something that isn't complete! It is still sitting in a drawer because I have to go fibd a charging block before I can charge it and use it!
