Had gotten a bigger phone cause it was bigger and had so many problems went into best buy and lady suggested this phone.. Couldn't be happier and no problems since.

Out performs all the other phones in its class. Spend the extra 20 over the cost of the other phones. It's well with it in the long run. It's fast the picture quality is good. It feels like a well built product.

This phone is ok if you just broke your phone and need one immediately. It gets very laggy after awhile.

Just as nice as a flagship device without the cost. Camera is OK not great low light photos are not good. Calls are crystal clear data is extremely fast.

I was nervous about purchasing this phone because I wasnt familiar with the model. My last phone was a SG3 and I am very pleased if not more. Thank You to the Samsung expert that helped me through.

My first smart phone so I am still learning to use. The Samsung staff at Best Buy have been outstanding. Best buy Staff was awesome in providing info and activating the phone to Boost from Net 10.

My wife has had 12+ phones over the years and thinks this one is the best one so far. This also includes Apple and Blackberry devices.

I am retired and this phone is perfect for me. It's a no-contract phone and is very inexpensive to operate. Salesperson was extremely well versed in setting up the phone. It simply works great.

Probably great for a teen or someone that doesn't need to use the phone for work for things such as group texts, they didn't work too well. I had to return it. Got the J7 which is having screen freezing issues. I brought it to the Samsung tech who upgraded the software. Apparently they sold me an older model. The screen still freezes. As much as I don't want set up a new phone...again, I may need to bring this one back too.

Really enjoy new phone works great better than my old htc phone

This phone is my daughters and she loves it. She had one before and something happened to the battery and boy oh boy was she sad.

I really like the available features and most aspects of the phone. It has a decent camera, but not as good as apple cameras.

It's a very good phone for the price, my sister has one too.

Overall great cell but missing the ir sensor also more memory would be great and camera quality needs to be improved

I have had the phone for about 1 month, the phone is very slow, when talking on the phone it doesnt keep the apps fully blacked out so the key pad makes noise during the call. The voice seems to be garbled at times. I also dont like the fact that I have the have security swipe, pin , or password. That should be optional to the user if they dont want the medium security, I would rather swipe and open the phone.

I am a true samsung fan, this phone has a great look, and sound and speaker is loud , apps work great . No problem so far.

Perfect for my son. Exactly what he needed. We wanted something that didn't lock him into a contract and still functioned well.

I bought this phone for my teenage daughter. It's durable & easy for her to use. It's a bonus that the price wasn't outrageous either!

Purchased this for a friend of mine who had the same model but broke his screen helping me move a piece of furniture. He hasn't had anything bad to say to me about it thus far.

It is a phone that has the same power but without all the additional things that most people don't use.(fingerprint scanner, etc).
