Great price. Doesnt ring loud enough with any tone

This phone does not hold a charge. Depending on how many programs you have running. The phone will always lose its battery power. Returned and exchanged phone twice. Upgraded to Samsung S7, no issues with low battery.

I have and had multiple Samsung phones. This was the worst one. The front camera worked 3 times. The sprint service didn't work for me I take building I work in so it was about a 150$ up a hogs butt.

This the second time I purchase this phone thinking it was a great phone and I just thought the last phone had a malfunction but this phone is doing the same thing

I had prevail lte and liked ot then had lg stylo for 4 days and traded it in for this phone. It is twice the phone as lg stylo. It has twice the memory as prevail and is a better phone but it does not have the led light to let you know that you received a notification.

One of your Associates in the store told me to buy this phone and it's junk I do not like it and I will never listen to one of your employees again

Internet speed very slow and glitchy.......the gold casing is the only thing nice about it......it was too expensive.

This phone is not that great ....get the j7 like i did...a much better phone for your money!!!

Worked okay untill on afternoon it just stoped working didnt fall or anything

My screen broke even in case .. Disappointed will exchange soon .

Sometimes is hard to unlock because the main screen freezes

I had the lg g stylo (loved it) for about a year. I had a spill + lg phone stopped working. So i ended up buying this one. The size is a bit smaller + more narrower, but with that said it fits better in the hand when texting. The screen has a weird feel to it though. I reccomand getting a screen film protector. Camera not as bad as i thought it would be compared to stylo. So far it does everything i need it to do.

This phone replaced my LG Stylo that I only had for 3 months & had so many problems with. This phone is fast & responsive, excellent amount of internal memory at 16 gigs & handles multiple apps well without freezing. It has a nice screen, calls are clear, good camera & battery. I haven't had any problems so far.

This phone is pretty amazing, new features that my Samsung Galaxy S5 did not have. It's a cool looking phone, only gold phone that.

I was weary before deciding to order this because it was new. I've had it for almost 2 weeks and I love it. There wasn't too much bloat ware and it's easier to move apps from internal to an SD card. The graphics are crystal clear. It's was worth buying.

I love this phone, the only problem with it is the battery. I drains really fast even when im not using the phone. I charged to 100% one night and woke up the next morning and it said I only had 62% charge. Guess i'll just carry my charger with me at all times!

This is a great phone. But lacks memory. It is nice size. Camara is decent.

I read reviews before purchasing. Was a little hesitant, but after 3 months I still love this phone. I had a moto G prior to this. It had an awesome camera, this one is just okay...that's why the 4 stars. It works great, has great sound, speed and a long battery life. I would definitely buy again.

I had a little trouble in understanding how to use the phone. I am now learning and am finding new things to do on this phone. It does work great. I have not had any problems with it since I figured out how to work it. I am glad I bought this. It takes good pictures too. It's nice to be able to do so much with this phone. I wish I had switched to a smartphone earlier.
