A little bit disappointed with the purchase... the phone had to be replaced three times due to sound issues or failure for the phone to ring when calls were received. In fact, callers still have problems hearing me unless I plug in the earphones.

I have almost a month using it , and over all is good, the system works pretty good. It get very hot when I download the app updates. I am afraid that may exploade at anytime.

My phone would not work I tried using Re-Boost and it didn't work I tried changing it to Straight Talk buying a SIM card costing me $60 and it didn't work when I bought the phone I made sure it was an unlocked phone but I'm told it's locked who knows so now I've tried to change it with another phone at Best Buy locally and they don't have it in stock so I have to wait even longer the worst part is this was a gift for a friend so I am now the middleman trying to get them their phone dealing with you guys becoming more and more frustrated and I lost $60 trying to do it the Straight Talk way

was a gift for my brother and seems to work good. there was a problem with the headphone port and a pair of ear buds got stuck in it and the phone was ruined. be carefully with your headphones.

it makes phone calls and answer them. if its what you can afford by all means get it. nothing fancy just a simple touch screen phone. memory is terrible but it will get you by.

This phone was ok for about the first 2 weeks. I was just thinking i needed to work out the kinks on my end because out was new... yeah right! Battery life is HORRIBLE! I can't express enough not to buy this from best buy because if you get a defective our damaged model like in sure i did, it has to be shipped to Samsung for them to look at it and decide if they will replace or repair it. I don't know about anyone else but i have 2 children and once is disabled. I can not be without a phone for a month or more! Im so

I borke my galaxy s4 had to buy this one because best buy doesn't carrie it anymore. This was the closest thing to it that they had and I'm not that impressed with it.

First of all let me start by saying that this is not a 2016 version, it is 2015. When I went to the store to pick up the product it took for ever, 30 mins standing in line, because they couldnt find an item for a custumer infront of me.. They ended up giving him another custumer's item.The sale associate was very rude everybody in line was complaining...horrible service.. the phone is allright but it is not a 2016. You can get this 2015 version cheaper some where else..

I've owned this phone for more than 2 months now. I bought this phone for myself to replace a Samsung galaxy 3. What a difference! The battery life is really great. I listen to audio books for hours each day, check email, Facebook, shop online all kinds of things and the battery really holds up well. The phone itself is pretty big, with the protective case I chose to go on it, it is almost too big to fit in the back pocket of my jeans. It is also almost too big to use conveniently one handed. I thought I would love it's much larger (than my previous phone's ) size, but honestly the next time I buy a phone I'll probably go a tiny bit smaller. Which is why I only gave it 4 stars. It's a great phone, fast, reliable, good graphics, easy to use, so if the big size sounds like something you would love I'd say go for it!

I hate this phone. I wish I had googled the problems with this phone. Poor battery life, freezes, turns off on its own, restarts on its own and once the screen blurred into different colors turned blue and shut off. Nothing really added to the phone app wise and never to any websites other than stuff like ESPN and MetallicA's website. I'd understand if it was old or been to taboo websites, but the phone is around a month old.

This device was not what I was expecting because was slow and also feels like a toy (pure plastic). Tried for 2 or 3 days and returned.

It's the same as every other droid phone blah blah. Camera is junk. Also good luck finding any variety for J7 accessories

This phone although looks and sounds amazing it has glitches and overheats.

It is slow, constantly disconnects from the WIFI and the camera is awful

Battery Life is awful. If you use it to much it gets really hot.

Sun but two months later in this one seems to be having issues

it is hard to unlock like at &t mobile as it is a boost mobile.
