The product was good, but I am sure there are better ones

Overheats very quickly. Takes time to charge. Freezes.

I just sent my phone in for repair at only one month old. it was constantly hanging up in the middle of call and the phone would turn on and off on its own

I had three defective phones in a row! when receiving a call from the phone, you could not understand the caller, horrible sound!

Took 1st cell back after 1st week. Replacement phone has same problems. Both phones battery drains fast, even with battery saving modes on. Poor overall performance.

Yay I love my new phone. It's definitely an upgrade to my samsung galaxy s3. I wanted to get an samsung galaxy s4 but its been out of stock for awhile for boost. I read some reviews for this phone and decided to take a chance. Its about the same price for the s4 and I really needed a new phone. I could no longer use the charging port on my s3. This phone is bigger than what I'm use to. It's also has some new updates compared to my old s3. It has a great camera. The battery life is not too bad but I dont usually run on apps all day. Speaker phone is loud (which is greeeaaaat). I can run games way better on it than my s3, good for pokemon go. Haha. Overall really glad I decided to purchase it.

Phone was a piece of junk would not work had to constantly factory reset phone .eventually had to buy a new phone .

I purchased this phone to replace a Samsung Galaxy 3. At first, I thought the larger size might be too bulky, but it has been fine and I kinda like the larger screen. The phone comes with some preloaded apps, which is OK, but I can't figure how to get rid of some that I don't need, like Uber. There ain't no Uber in the country. Like others have mentioned, I do miss the notification light for messages, emails, and the like. The manual actually says it's there, but it's not. I just have to remember to check the phone every few minutes, instead of depending on an alert light flashing. But, you really ought to fix that Samsung. Otherwise, no real complaints with the phone.

Low end of phones wouldn't recommend drops signal cheep for the price so you get what you pay for

This phone is designed and assembly very nicely, has great speed, memory, camera ect. For the price theres no phone to compare for the price, over all i believe this phone falls between a samsung s5 to s6. If your on the fence on which to buy you wont be disappointed with the j7.

I was excited to own this phone and I did like it but after three days I knew it wasn't for me. Remember, my issues are my issues and may not be an issue for you. When the phone is turned off and charging there is no light to let you know it's charging and when the charging is complete. When a notification is received (text, calendar, etc.) there is no light that blinks to inform you a notification has been received. A notification (text being most important for me) sound is not heard while playing music through wired earbuds, bluetooth earbuds, or bluetooth headphones. The notification sound does come through when nothing is playing through the headset but that doesn't do me any good. That was a huge let down as I always listen to music through my phone with either of these devices when out and about and the notification sounds where never heard over the music. Having a husband and children (although adults and one being special needs) makes it very important to respond to text right away. Someone at BB stated that that could have been tweaked somehow to work but I looked into everything I could on this phone including turning up the notification sound with no success. If there is a way for a customer to fix that issue please post it to the comment section of this review so someone else may be helped. This is a very nice phone, I had it in my wish list for a while, but I couldn't get past those issues. The camera focused very quickly and took nice photos with the flash on or off. Although it was tricky at times to get a steady focus up close while holding the phone with my hands. (Not a selfie, I was taking a pic of someone in a photograph to use as a contact photo.) I had to use a mini tripod and sit it on a flat surface to get a clear photo up close. Thank you and many Blessings.

This phone is a work of art. Spectacular speed, beautiful camera, and outstanding screen size! Do yourself a favor and pick one of these phones up as soon as possible . You wont regret it. Simply amazing! No cons at all.

I love my new phone! It has a large screen, good camera, & the battery life lasts much longer than my previous Samsung android.

This phone is great for the price. The battery life is very good. Operation is smooth without any quirks or problems, like my old phone had. The size is bigger which took a minute to get used to, but now I wouldn't go back to a smaller screen. It is a thin phone however and pairs well with an incipio case.

I have always been a LG products guy until someone decided to make a great phone better, I had the LG stylo when it first came out and never had a problem with it. Then after a factory update it quit working completely and traded for a Stylo 2 . Right out of the gate it never performed and took it back to geek squad thinking maybe it was bad, did this again 2 more times. Finally got smart and traded for the Samsung J7. Wow what a phone, fast and light. My old LG would stop working after it got over 75 degrees in my warehouse so far with 90 plus temps still working like a charm. Sorry LG what goods a phone if you can't make or receive calls unless your setting in a refrigerator.
