I picked this phone up (Prevail LTE) at Best Buy on an amazing sale. First I would say purchase this phone when it's on sale this phone is well worth it at $100 or less. So far the phone has been great and I really have no major complaints. Everything seems to run smooth, the battery life seems to be above average these days and the phone quality seems to be better then most budget phones out there (except Moto G/Moto E are also good budget phones). I have only a few minor issues which are expected and related to the fact it's a budget phone. -The screen is not HD and coming from an HD screen it's noticeable but as you use the phone you get use to it. If you watched a lot of video this may bother you, but it's not a terrible screen, it's middle of the road. -The previous/back and recent apps touch keys do not light up making it slightly annoying in dark rooms. -There is no ambient light sensor! this is a feature I wish the phone had. This means the phone's backlight does not adjust automatically based on the light around you. Not having this feature is where you drain a lot of the battery from. To be fair the phone does put the backlight bar right in the pull down menu for easy access and there are apps/widget that let you have presets on the fly (for example Cobrets app). -*-*-Another review mention the reception; I noticed the same thing the reception bars most of the time only show 0 bars to 2 bars. Other phones I had would show more at the same location. I've yet to have an issue with call quality or when I perform a speed test with the low bars I still get pretty good speeds better then my 3G that showed higher bars. In my opinion I think the 0 to 2 bars that are showed a lot of the time is a software issue, that may get fixed in a update. An iPhone I had, had the same issue and got an update.-*-*- Overall for a budget phone this gives you a lot of features that most people will want and use daily. *On a side note anyone coming from a Moto G may want to download the Google Keyboard app. I was use to the standard Google Keyboard and found the Samsung to be a little cumbersome. Quick Points: (+) Price, Processor, Battery, 4G, Slim design, Decent Speaker (-) No HD Screen, No Ambient Light Sensor!, Back/Recent Apps touch keys don't light up Hope this helps...

My daughter loves this phone. Great phone for the price.

Purchased this for my 12 year old daughter as her first phone. Basically a Samsung Galaxy 3. FYI only place to find cases and screen covers for this model is online so plan in advance. Went with Boost because it was just more bang for the buck with data options. Basically the same as the Sprint coverage.

I am really enjoying the cell phone. It is easy to use.

More than enough phone for my needs. Text ,talk, and access to the internet.
