not my best experience

The phone was not set up because supposedly we had to wait for Verizon (previous service) to transfer numbers. Our phone books were not transferred. We had to manually install all the numbers. And there were no $35 phone cards so we had a $5.00 credit on each account. Three phone calls later I was able to apply one credit. Best Buy was our first choice because of excellent service. NOT THIS TIME!

Nice phone that's not expensive.

Great for texting, talking and if you need to keep up with your Facebook friends. Charges pretty fast and keeps a charge through the day unless your constantly on it. For the price it's a good deal.

For my 8 yr old

I was able to by pass the activation and he will be able to use this with wifi only. If the phone last maybe in the future he will be ready for an actual plan.

Affordable samsung

After updating to the latest operating system i was pleased with the apps that come standard now with lollipop. Personally id rather have the galaxy s4 (my fav) but this is close enough to suffice
