great customer service good service, phone work good

Not a very good phone. Poor reception and drops calls repeatedly. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone.

He loves it !! He learned all its function and dem some in less than a week , has never had a problem with the phone.

First week and no problems so far. Will re-review after a couple of months.

It's ok. Phone gets stuck a lot. It freeze up and will have to be restarted.

I was searching for an inexpensive phone that would meet my needs. After reading reviews, I decided to go ahead and try this one. The only con is that if you tend to take a lot of pictures, the memory will reach its limit quick.

My affordable Boost Mobile Samsung does everything I need. I love the display. It's simple to make phone calls, text, use social media or surf the Internet. It looks sleek and classy but it is easy to operate.

I bought this phone as a Christmas gift for my friend who who was having issues with his Boost ZTE prepaid phone. He loves it and it is especially nice that it came with Samsung head phones that will allow him hand free usage. I am glad that I made this purchase.

Love the phone, setup was quick and easy. Would definately recommend.

They replaced my Moto G with this phone. Excited at first. But it isn't as nice as the Moto G. The keys are very touchy. Sometimes you have to hit the same key more than once to get it to work. Ot maybe it just takes a while to do what the key indicates. At any rate, it's frustrating. I do like the whistle indicator for messages. And I like the look of the phone.

Good phone for the price. Get a Galaxy 5 or 6 if you can though. lol

I drug my feet for years about getting a smart phone. I am glad I did now. Simple phone for us dinosaurs.

I had to purchase a new cellphone because the LG Volt I had purchased less than 6 months earlier completely broke. The Samsung Prevail has stood up much better than the Volt. As someone who's always using the cameras on my phones, I'm not really impressed with the camera this phone.

I like the pre pay phone. It's easy to use and I like no contract.

This phone compares to the galaxy family and preforms just as good

i was looking for a boost phone and I found this one at a great cost

This is the second model ive had of this phone. The last one worked fine until i dropped it and cracked the screen. This new one started glitching the first day. I have already had to reset it back to default twice.

Need the book sometimes to make sure we play it correctly and to get the best out of the game

I love my new Prevail phone. Easy to read and the camera has great features for taking selfies.
