Not happy phone screen cracked in my pocket a half hour after puchse best buy and boost told me they couldnt help me

I got mine at Best Buy. They matched the lower price on Amazon.com. So at the time instead of $129.99 I paid $80. I have the Samsung Galaxy Tablet for 3 years and love it more then my spouses ipad. When it was time to get a new Smartphone I decided it had to be a Samsung. I so happy with this phone! No problems what so ever. I dont understand people says it freezes up. Mine has never and I use it every day since March 2015. Gps is awesome. It tells me not only what turns to take but what time I'm going to get there and is always right. I love speaking into the cell phone to send text messages. So many favorite things about this cell but that 1 is my number 1 favorite. Also in Best Buy I took a Smartphone class for free to learn about all the awesome features of this cell phone. Def get a memory card and apps install on there so easy. I have mentioned it to other people and they are very happy with this Samsung Galaxy Prevail LTE. I'm sure I will have this great cell phone for years. Also I was told at the Samsung store that each cell has a Andriod update so at some point this will update to higher then 4.4 kitkat. :-) It's super fast even to speak an email and surf the web. Buy it and you will LOVE it like I do!

This phone is reeeally slow and crash when i try ro make calls

This is the worst phone I've ever bought in my 16 Years of having a cell phone. Static and ringing noise the whole time. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!

good size, good pics, good screen, good price. plus boost mobile has an international calling and texting program that is better than anyone else I've found.
