Camera is bad and internet is slow and sometimes freezes up. I only like the gps on this.

Was told there was good coverage in our area. Many dropped calls. Tons of missing texts.

It was a very nice phone very fast for the price and its puctures are very nice easy to handle and can hear nice and clearI would recommend this phone to anyone looking gor a inexpencive phone no dropped calls im am very happy with my purchase

This Samsung Prevail LTE 4G phone is excellent, better than iPhone 4s. I had have iPhone 4s before this one. now I am impressed how this phone is amazing, faster, clear voice, great memory + more addition up to 126GB, cameras is amazing, web browser, great services, smooth, battery life. every thing this phone is great. only one question if was like 5" screen or more should much best because this has 4.5". but still excellent. Phone works great. Connected to wifi and downloaded newest software update. All features work as expected and phone is actually pretty quick to navigate. The icons and text are a little bit larger, which is nice to use. Great budget phone when you don't need the newest $600 smartphone.

was looking for an inexpensive yet dependable phone and i found it... since i have had this phone i can honestly say i find no flaws that are worthy of speaking on...as with any product it will have some feature you would like to change but with me it is such a minor thing that i cant even bring it too mind...i have had my phone for a couple of months and i am constantly on it and i have nothing bad to say...

Lol.. How People break their screen and blames the phone. Should blame them selves not careful. I had the, same problem about the keyboard and phone is slow and freezes. Cause I had to much junk in my phone. Once I factory reset. The phone is way faster.

So I bought two of these on black Friday for my parents and they love them! They were still using these old smartphones that were really slow and really small. The phone is VERY similar to my Samsung Galaxy S5 interface and feature wise. Camera could be better but so far no complaints. These were perfect for them, just like always, Samsung doesn't disappoint!

Bought this phone just this morning and it has been performing great. Apps are super fast to open and have experienced zero lag. Was considering rooting the phone but 4.4.4 KitKat is doing a great job on it's own. I saw a review that this was considered the best phone in the Boost Mobile market for price and features. I have to agree.

The phone itself is great, but don't expect much from the camera. I bought this as a backup phone and it will be just that. I considered using it full time, but the camera is terrible and there is no way I am willing to trust my memories with it. Everything else works fine. I only paid 40 dollars for this when it was on sale and I would definitely not pay 130 for it. I would spend a few more dollars for a better camera. Also, the 8 GBs advertised ends up being approximately 4 GBs for storage, so be prepared to buy a memory card.

samsung has the best graphics its a really nice phone for a low end samsung

I love the phone, don't purchase the best buy protection plan they will not replace your phone, only with the same phone this is new that was changed this year in October. My son butsted his phone but I decided to get a new phone and replace it and pay the difference best buy refused to do so because of a new protection plan with prepaid phones even though my plan was from last year, but is active through March 2017. I paid originally 129.99 for the phone and additional 59.99 for the replacement plan. Mind you I upgraded his phone last year and didn't have this problem. I have never had problems switching out phones before if there was a problem. I still have an old S3 that I need to switch out but do to this new rule I have to get the same old plan. They wanted to charge me additional 60.00 for the service fee plus the cost of my son's phone that is crazy. Done with them.

This is a great phone for those of us who have Boost Mobile services. Works just as well as any Samsung Galaxy phone, but a lot less expensive. Have had it for a little over a year, and it's working great.

I bought this phone on August 3rd 2015. By the end of August I had to send it back to Samsung to be serviced. Since the day I purchased the phone it had really low signal in places where my previous LG phone with Boost was getting four to five signal bars this phone normally had one and often zero signal bar. Every smartphone I've ever owned while making a voice call on any phone but this one I was able to perform different web tasks or different tasks within the phone, but with the phone I purchased from Best Buy I was unable to do anything like that his phone only had basically one purpose voice calls. I continuously got a message for lost data connectivity while roaming when in the area I live in there has great signal so I should never have to be roaming. As I stated earlier in this review the phone is now at Samsung repair center in Plano Texas hopefully they will fix the issues with this phone or either provide me with a new galaxy prevail. I always heard that Samsung products or high quality which is why I went to this phone and I have been completely unsatisfied with its performance thus far. How was told while on the phone that this product is supposed to allow the user to hold down the home page button and it will give you the task manager but this does not happen with the one I received. Serv simply be cautious when purchasing this phone check out all of its features quickly after purchase to ensure that you don't encounter any problems that I have with the proviso that I purchased. I also purchased the one year insurance protection plan from Best Buy but I did not want to use it so soon after buying the product as I stated it was within a 30 day window from the purchase date when it was sent back to Samsung. Should this phone be repaired and end up up to Samsung standard I will rescind this review but as of this time I just wanted to let everyone know the problems I have encountered. When I called Best Buy soon after purchasing the item and finding some of the issues they were trying to steer me towards using the insurance coverage to have it replaced when the phone was still with him its manufacturer warranty time frame.

This was a purchase for myself and it was good, except I did not have good signal in majority of the areas I traveled to so I had to switch carriers. I was not sure if it would be able to be switched to another carrier so I just switched to another phone and carrier.

Great price, great phone and great camera. Phone is absouletly amazing really recommend this to anyone .

Pretty good over all, but this freezes often that irritates me. I started to use it since Christmas. I have Amazon Fire phone, which has more better structure than this one in my opinion. But that was on sale, which was $40ish. I am fine with it.

This phone was purchased for my friend, he absolutely loves it. Since he has received the phone he has not turned on his computer.

Looking for a phone for a younger teen--the plans are way too expensive. So this no-contract phone is perfect!
