Returned this phone the next day..the resolution on this phone is terrible making the screen hard to see when your in sunlight. Pic quality is also not good. I was also having issues with the reception i had 5bars with my moto g and volt and one or no bars with the prevail.....i wanted to loves this phone because of some of its features..,you can definitely get something better for the same peice or less

Yes I suppose you can get an iPhone, but why? This phone is almost flawless. I wish I could send calls to voicemail without SWIPING, but I can't. I hate the swipe thing. Otherwise the phone is perfect.

Bought this for my daughter a couple of months ago because of it being a Samsung and the good reviews. Maybe we got a lemon, but this phone has caused her nothing but trouble. Her voice sounds garbled whenever I talk to her. I know it is her phone because her friends say the same thing. Also if someone is sending a long text, she doesn't get the second part of it until hours later.

I got this phone for my mom. She is a beginner when it becomes to using smartphones; but she was able to use this phone with no problem....great purchase!

This phone looks nice until you drop it and the screen shatters.Only used for about 2 months before it broke. I've been using this phone with a broken screen for months because its still working for now. . The white parts are even breaking off. BOOST MOBILE has always had horrible reception no matter what phone I've had with them. I bought this one to replace another Samsung that had poor reception. The Samsung I had was better than this one and cheaper. The screen was solid. I dropped it a few times without a scratch. This phone shattered with a light drop. I thought about rebuying since it is less expensive but I read other people had similar problems. Keyboard also can be annoying. Sometimes it won't come up.

Good Samsung phone for a really good price. I bought it for my 14yr old daughter & she loved it!

Yes every phone butt dials some one, but when you lock it, it should not dial any one. But the prevail has an emergency call feature, so in my pocket it only butt dials 911. THIS PHONE IS A HAZARD AND A REAL PROBLEM FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES DO NOT BUY ONE!!!!!

Unless you are replacing a non smart phone, dont get this. My HTC One SV was much better than this and it's 3 years older. This phone has no AMOLED screen which pales in comparison, keyboard sometimes get stuck running an app, processor is slow with some apps, kitkat 4.4 is horrible, looks horrible and outdated. Why isnt the power button on top? Its almost in the middle! The phone freezes quite a bit and sometimes dials on its own if you arent careful while its trying and failing to multitask. I would recommend this product if you can get it for $50-80 but no more than that and only as an upgrade from a non smart phone. There are other phones. On the plus side, the memory isnt partitioned which is always nice. Sound quality is fair. sounds clear, but tinny

I've had the phone for about 4 months now, and it it very slow. It crashes many times with screen freezing, and there have been over 13 times now that I had to pull out the battery so it could unfreeze. I've missed many phone calls because the screen to answer would not show up due to it freezing up on me. I do not recommend this phone to anyone.

I really loved this phone till the j7 came out and i bought that one and seen the difference in the phone but did have the pervail lte for over a year!
