GOOD NEWS BEST BUY ROCKS, THE TOOK THE PHONE BACK. BEST BUY SHOWED ME A MOTO G4 WHICH WORKS GREAT. I WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PHONE AGAIN. SIDE NOTE, SAMSUNG 7 NOTES ARE NOW BANDED FROM ALL AIRCRAFT BY THE FAA.

Great features except for battery life
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the features such as the IR blaster but the battery life could be better. I am lucky to get a day out of one charge and that's from 100% all the way down to 0% with the screen brightness cranked all the way down and on strong Wi-Fi signal with no frills such as GPS or Bluetooth turned on.

I get good signal everywhere. The packaging was great and best buy's shipping is always on time. I really like that best buy tends to use UPS because FedEx never delivers well. The only con I can think of is that it drops WiFi when it gets low signal and doesn't reconnect automatically. I have to reconnect WiFi several times.
