Worth the purchase to continue the Borderlands series.

This is okay to spend a rainy afternoon or a shut in.

Game is a good pre-sequal to Borderlands additions.

This game seems like a big dlc with the gravity turned down and the annoyance of an oxygen meter. The energy weapons are amusing but nothing to write home about. A decent fps but probably worth waiting for a sale.

It keeps you going for hours with play time get it if you can

hopefully a patch will fix the problems in the game

Compared to Borderlands 2, this was a step down and an disappointment. I didn't get hooked like I did. Played it once and didn't bother reaching for it again.

If you enjoyed the last two Borderlands games, then you will enjoy this one. Everything great from the first two games comes to this third installment, with some bonus gameplay additions and mechanics. Good graphics for the generation of consoles that it runs on. Solid mechanics and controller button layout. Fun and comical story and side missions and characters. I recommend this game for anyone who enjoys RPG style first person shooters, and fun/comical games. This is a solid experience overall that you should not regret playing.

This game is entertaining and fun. Not too different from the other borderlands offerings but not characters and locations make it interesting none the less.

it is almost same as borderlands 2 so if you liked playing borderlands 2 then you also will like this game.

Guns, guns, and of course more guns is what you will find in the Pre Sequel. This time the back story of Jack take center stage and is handed off to a another branch of 2K, 2K Australia. While the game 'plays by the numbers' and sticks closely to what has been done before (I.e fetch quests) it uses them far too much. Been there, done that, finished?, nope, go back, repeat several more times. The story is straightforward and sometimes boring and is lacking the usual Gearbox humor and fun. But having said all this, I had fun with it. Shotguns felt distinctive again and other guns felt really fun. Fans will play and enjoy this like an appetizer for the next game to come.

Shoot and loot in low gravity, now with laser guns and ice powers. If you like Borderlands 2 it's more of the same, but if that's your thing then it's a great thing.

I'm a huge fan of the first 2 Borderlands game. This one is not quite as good, but still highly enjoyable. The gameplay is also a bit shorter than the previous games, but future DLC will undoubtedly add more replay value.

My boyfriend and I had fun plaything this together. Isn't as fun as the other franchises but still a great time killer.

Great game and great fun. If you enjoyed BL2, you will have fun with this one too.

I've been an avid Boarderlands fan for many years and loved the action, drama, comedy, and antics of all the games. I received my copy yesterday and have played about 30% of the game, also testing out each of the different classes. Wile this does seem to be a fresh take on the series it feels very forced with the story and rehashing of a lot past experiences. it seems to me that Gearbox is losing their vision of what the firs game introduced to us. I will recommend this game if you are a fan but if you loved the first one, didn't like the 2nd one, you may really enjoy this one as it is a littler fresher than past entries.

Borderlands is one of the few games that can keep doing pretty much the same thing with minor additions. BL 1 & BL 2 were both true classics. Pre-sequel is no different. An amazing game, and truly hilarious. Can't wait for DLC! My MAJOR gripe is that 2K decided not to utilize any next-gen hardware. This game was literally the only reason I still have a PS3. While it is worth the console, it still rubbed me the wrong way. Would have been a 5 star game.
