I really miss my SHEM63W55N

I'd hoped to find the equivalent dishwasher for my new condo, and this was the recommended model. The interior layout -- especially the silverware caddy -- is extremely cumbersome and barely functional for me. But oh well...

But wife grumbles every time she loads it. The tin n space design is not as good as a previous washer we had. Im thinking about trying to locate spare tin bars, & grind off every alternate 2 tins to see if loading gets easier.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When it worked it was wonderful, and I don't know if I got a lemon, but it didn't last a year before it started getting an error code and stopped draining. We had multiple repair technicians come out and it would work for a day or so and then do the same thing. The drain pump and front panel were replaced, the hose checked every time, and still had the same issue. Even though it was within the warranty BOSCH wouldn't do anything about it because the only Bosch certified tech in our area refused to travel to us, didn't offer any other solutions. I'm sure Bosch is usually reliable, but this was a bad experience. I don't think this was anything to do with Best Buy
