Sopping Wet dishwasher

With all the add-ons that brought the price to over $1100, this machine does NOT DRY at all. Dishes and inside of washer are sopping. I thought this was a dishwasher with the pop-open door feature and the salesmen did not tell me that the 300-series does not have that feature. Maybe I'll get used to this, along with the unimaginable aggravation of needing an app on my phone to run a load of dishes(!). Best Buy needs to do a better job of informing customers of the real features and pros and cons of the major appliances they sell. Also, Bosch is supposed to be the best brand out there for dishwashers but how can this product be so bad? Wet, difficult to use, overpriced. Only reason I had to buy it is because it is a 1/2 inch smaller than American dishwashers so it fits in my cabinet space.

Excellent product but too mugh service work charge
