When looking to purchase a new dishwasher my first priority was a machine that could deliver shiny, clean dishes even with extremely hard water. I must say, the difference between old and new machine is night and day and I don't feel like I have to "wash" the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Love this item!!!!

We have not had it long but so far it is a good dishwasher

This dishwasher is extremely quite. The loudest sound we hear is the water going down the drain. It cleans extremely well, probably because of the built in softener. We have hard water and didn't want to spend the time and money on a whole house water softener at this time so we went with this unit. There's a few places online where you can buy dishwasher salt, we went with the finish brand. In Europe, it's common to have a water softener in the dishwasher but not here and I'm not sure why because it works very well and gets the dishes very clean. No spots what so ever. The cut-out required for this unit is not as tall as most so it fit perfect in our opening where the builder screwed up by about an inch. Don't worry if you have a normal size opening, the large plastic feet seem to adjust quite a bit and they don't scratch your floor like ones with metal feet. It came with the hose and everything we needed to hook it up so I ended up returning the new dishwasher kit.

Has all the features you ask for and fits in tight openings

Dishwasher is priced higher then other dishwashers with 3 x’s the bells and whistles. I can not seem to get an answer if salt is needed or not and inside of dishwasher and dishes come out very wet!! So disappointed in my first Bosch. Would not recommend this to anyone

used this dishwasher about 10 times. Quit working and service man said needed a new board for$ 300.00. Dishwasher only cost $450.00 Junk

Doesn't have a dry cycle and it takes over 2 hours for 1 load to wash. Very quiet.

After having this dishwasher for a month, I have to say it is just amazing. It is so quiet compared to our old frigidaire model...you only notice the water going down the drain! With an open concept first floor we can finally watch TV and run the dishwasher at the same time! Plus, it does an amazing job at keeping our dishes clean. This model has the built in water softener which is great in Southern California where we have very hard water. Dishes come out sparkling every time! We keep testing the dishwasher (not touching baked on salmon skin, day old un-rinsed dishes) and it keeps cleaning them without a problem! Out of all of the modes, we have found that Auto mode works best. Another note, although the dishwasher is shorter than normal dishwashers, the installers had no problem raising it so it would fit our standard sized cabinets. Plus it seems to hold more dishes than our old frigidaire! This is an amazing appliance!

Works, quiet, and simple - will recommend brand to anyone

Worked fine for the first year. Then the drawer hardware started falling apart. Bosch customer service acted like they were doing me a big favor by sending be a few wire replacement parts when the dishwasher was one month out of warranty. After having paid upward of $700 for their product. When the next pieces of the drawers started falling off, Bosch told me to take a hike. I wouldn't buy a Bosch product again.

The dishwasher worked well the first two times I used it, I was extremely happy. However, after owning the dishwasher for one month and after the third use the odor coming from inside the dishwasher is nauseating. So sorry I spent nearly $800.00 on this dishwasher and did not read the reviews about this happening as early as 2005 with other Bosch dishwashers. I tried contacting Bosch but I couldn't get through, I will be contacting them again about this problem.
