Purchased on 3/2021 , Magnetron issue by 11/2023 … minimal use and never used the convection feature . I wish I could give zero stars … newly remodeled Bosch kitchen , I can’t bring myself to purchase again so I’ll have all Bosch and another brand in my kitchen We thought it was our breaker box , simple fix replace the breaker and it still blows …. Ran an extension cord from the microwave to another outlet , turned it to 30 secs and same issue with microwave lights flashing and going out with 10 secs

We are Bosch lovers and decided to give the microwave with convection a go. We had a small learning curve as our old Bosch microwave did not have the convection capability. We are still trying to find a pan that doesn't buckle when using the convection feature but other than that it's great to have the convection option, it's like having a second oven. Convection won't have you cooking faster but it is convenient to be able use the microwave for just warming up coffee, soups and left overs. We enjoy it and it looks nice too!

Overall, it is a good unit and works well. It is noisier than I anticipated. Some cooking instructions are not intuitive....

I recently added this microwave to my Bosch kitchen. The operation is simple, the look is elegant.

Microwave has a lot of space. You can pretty much fit an entire chicken if you wanted to with plenty of leftover space. It has plenty of power. I did however found that the popcorn feature leaves a several more kettle corn un-pop compare to my old microwave. The fan pushes a lot of air when cooking which is a nice feature since my old microwave did not have enough power to push all air out.

Overall nice microwave. Lots of features, can comes on automatically with each use, sleek design. A little on the heavy side….

Very nice features. The microwave is a little noisier than I had expected, but not obnoxious. The Best Buy crew did a great job installing the microwave!

This is my 3rd Bosch microwave. I love the microwave, but it is my 3 rd in 4 years because they always blow up. It is not our electrical. Unfortunately, this one fits best in the spot we have to put it in.

Microwave is great, plenty powerful. The convection oven works great and American made.

Best Buy shopping experience was excellent. The Bosch 800 series microwave was delivered as promised. The installation was slow as there was no template for the installation. The written instructions were some help, but we had to measure the actual microwave. The little strip to mount the microwave on the wall is cheap and bends easily when trying to mount. The swivel clip nut on top for mounting will push into the microwave way to easily--watch out; we had to get customer service help to send a tech to recover the 3 nuts that were pushed into the unit. After installation, we find that the stainless steel finish is impossible to make it look perfect. It took four polishing efforts to make it clean looking. I wish I had gone with the GE profile that was being replaced after 12 years. It still looked new.

This over the range microwave is perfect. I love the various settings. It's very easy to use. I wouldn't change anything about it.

I had this same Bosch microwave, did not last 5 years. To fix it would have cost almost as much as a new one! So bought the same thing, keeping my fingers crossed that this one lasts longer!

I purchased this microwave to use the convection oven. I am now on my second replacement as the first one and now this one will not heat to temperature. If I set it at 400 it will only heat to 300. 2 repairmen have stated that there is something wrong and now I'm waiting for the third replacement. I have not yet been able to use the convection oven. I question the quality of this product.

We have only had this microwave for a short time but it is everything we hoped for. Priced higher than most other microwaves it performs like no other. Not only does it work as a microwave to reheat and or cook foods it also has the ability to cook as a convection oven. We have yet to discover what else it might do. Oh yes, it also looks quite impressive.

Works and looks good. I’m sure we are not getting the most of it as the controls do not appear to be self explanatory.

I am very pleased with this microwave oven. It allows for more flexibility in the kitchen when needing to cook multiple things. With the convection capabilities, it can whip up a dessert while dinner is in the oven.

Very noisy in operation. The bell is very quiet and easy to miss over the noise. Continues to make grinding noise for minutes after cooking is done. User experience on control panel is awful. You will need to keep the book handy. They have a laminated Quick Reference card which does not contain any information on all the numbered modes, its only in the book. Every mode, like Reheat is Re 1, Re 2, Re 3. Each mode is like this with no hints as to what the difference is between Mode 1, 3, 5 etc. Then there is the "More Modes" button which is 1-5, feeling lucky? Take your best guess or look it up in the book. I took my label maker and made some labels for the front so I could file the book away. Looks less then aesthetic, its a crude hack. The unit has an alpha/numeric display but they couldn't be bothered to put a hint on screen. I really want to reject the unit but that would cost me a few hundred so I am just dissatisfied. Nothing to do with BestBuy its all on Braun. I will not be buying any more Braun appliances. Dont buy this unit.
