Purchase from outlet. Excellent price but working condition only so so. Despite this, probably one of the best counter depth refrigerators.

This refrigerator has great lighting inside. Love it.

Was sleek and beautiful but right door would not auto close (that has moving separator) so fridge would remain open most of the time. Thinking it was leveling issue - only front can be leveled. Did not help. BTW, installation team did not tell or do any of these things. Returning as it did not work for us, and its too pricey to not be perfect

Before owning this, I used to have a Subzero that we bought 20 years ago for my Condo in Chicago. When I moved the new house didn't have space for a built in so a SubZero was not an option. Sure they cost much more than other fridges, but the built in lasted 20 years with one service call. Bought the Bosch because we had their dishwasher that is solid. Here the ice maker isn't working and the main door is now not working properly. Only 3 months old. The design flaw is in the split doors. The clever latch relies on a spring switch and the spring isn't working so that the center section isn't closing right. Expected more from Bosch

Great counter depth refridgerator! Despite being counter depth, the design provides enough space for all our food! The ice cubes are a perfect size too! High recommend

I guess I’m neutral I bought two both were open boxes and both were defective. Could be because they were open box but. Did not particularly like the ice tray feature

This is the ONLY delivery and installation that went well. Middle drawer is not sturdy. Wish it was single sided and dint have to open both doors to get meat and cheeses out. Beautiful aesthetic. Nice finish. Kinda smaller than expected too.

The drawers are flimsy but the rest of the product is very nice and well made. Wish they could spend more on plastic thickness and sliders for the drawer though

Avoid Best Buy like the plague. Installed improperly. Did not connect to water line and left without completing install. Called BB and they sent out another team. They also failed to fix the issues and I ended up having to connect the water line myself. Then the doors started to malfunction so I called again. Transferred three times on hold for over an our asked them not to transfer me again and they hung up on me. Just terrible.

Thing that keeps the fruit fresher doesn't stay stuck to side of drawer. Ice cubes overflow bin then fall on the floor.

Love this fridge and the delivery was on-point! It’s spacious and so easy to keep clean. Great purchase! We were specifically looking for a fridge that had flat metal vs textured sides and counter-depth. This one definitely fits the bill!

This refrigerator is very attractive in the black stainless and does not have a visible water dispenser which we like. It has excellent interior lighting and has two compressors - one for the refrigerator and one for the freezer. Build quality appears to be excellent.

Best frig I ever owned!! So easy to see what food is eaten, what I need to buy. Shelves are wide and accommodate lots of containers as well as the shelves on the doors. This is my second Bosch refrigerator and high recommend it.

Would have given it 5 stars if the lower unit made more than 3 large ice cubes per day and the upper ice maker had more storage capacity. Have to buy ice for a party or start storing it up for days before the event. Everything else works fine

Love the refrigerator but...had a terrible experience with the installation. Rude crew and many issues. Biggest issue is they damaged my hardwood floors! (Dealing w insurance co on that) They were about to leave and I noticed the refrigerator was obviously leaning forward. Had to ask them to level it. Then, noticed all the plastic wrap was still on there. They said I had to remove it myself. I asked them to pull it out so I could remove plastic wrap on sides. They had to adjust the level to pull it out again. As I was removing the wrap, they started to leave. I asked them to wait until I removed wrap so they could slide refrigerator back in and re-level. They said they didn't have time! I complained and they waited. After they left, I tried to open refrigerator but they had pushed it too far back and doors wouldn't open. Side of door was damaged by hitting counter top. I have been working with customer service for 3 days but they can't do anything because the delivery still shows open in their system. Ugh! Interestingly, I had a dishwasher from BB delivered the same day by a 3rd party crew. They were great - friendly & professional. They put down a plastic mat to protect the floors. Very disappointed and frustrated with Geek Squad delivery.
