This dishwasher is really quiet, you’ll be hard pressed to hear it at all. I’ve owned other Bosch dishwashers which did a very good job of cleaning even the hardest to clean dishes but this 800 series unit takes cleaning, sanitizing and drying to a much higher level. A bit pricey but if perfectly clean and dry dishes and flatware are important to you the Bosch 800 is the way to go.

We replaced our Kenmore Elite dishwasher with a Bosch dishwasher, upon the recommendation of a friend, and we’ve regretted that decision since day 1! The Bosch dishwasher comes nowhere near close to cleaning as well as our Kenmore Elite did. 90% of the loads in the Bosch will have 2 or more items with something still on them and we have to wash again. More often than not, the remaining sauce bits will come off by just spraying down with hot water. The Bosch dishwasher can’t even get its door clean!!! If anything drops onto the door while loading the dishwasher, it will still be there after the wash cycles end. If you love rewashing dishes and having to clean the door after evry single load, then this is the dishwasher for you! We never had any of these issues with our Kenmore Elite dishwasher. We’ve thoroughly regretted purchasing the Bosch dishwasher. If it wasn’t just over a year old, and didn’t cost as much as it did, I’d throw it onto the curb and get a new dishwasher - definitely not a Bosch!!

I bought the Bosch 800 myway rack dishwasher February 2018. This dishwasher is a mean cleaning machine! Washes crusted lasagna pan, peanut butter and egg yolk stained dishes too sparkling clean. Real quiet, red light shines on floor when running. Some plastic dishes have water puddled on top, stainless steel shows fingerprints but otherwise this is great cleaning machine.

Very quiet. Does the job. Not the easiest installation though.

love how quiet it is and love the 3rd rack. Be sure to get the adapter for the hoses German to American to safe a trip. You will need it. There is no way around. This item should be INCLUDED in the purchase and be made returnable if truly not needed because you had a Bosh before. Worth the money.

We've had this dishwasher for just over a year now. Love it! It is extremely quiet - good thing it has a small red light on the floor so you know it is running. The cleaning performance has been great. I like the adjustability of the middle shelf. We haven't really had much of a need to use many of the various washing cycles/features.

Dishwasher by far has been the best dishwasher that we have had. I previously had a Kenmore Elite, and than a Maytag, both with stainless steel tub. The Bosch has done a better job than both in getting everything clean. Also like how dishes are arranged in here better than the other two, and the third shelf is nice.

After owning the KitchenAid KDTM404ESS for just shy of a month, it was clear I needed to switch to another brand. The KitchenAid did not clean my silverware well at all. Best Buy was great with the return, totally pain free! Now I have the Bosch 800 Series with the MyWay racks. The third rack up top is the best! I cannot believe how much I can put up there, especially compared to the KitchenAid, where I could put nothing but flat Tupperware lids! All the dishes come out clean, but not necessarily dry, even with selecting the extra dry cycle. I also like the quick 10-minute rinse option...very helpful.

We researched dishwashers extensively before we bought 2 of them for our home. They work perfectly and were easy to install ourselves. We love the red light that indicates when they are running. They are so quiet that it is hard to know otherwise. Clean dishes, well thought out controls and fine stainless look are all to our liking.

Great appliance, I have a Bosch fridge, oven, cooktop & dishwasher....love them all, can't even hear the dishwasher working :).

This is by far the quietest dishwasher we’ve ever had. You can easily hear conversations or tv while near it. It holds a ton of dishes on 3 racks but I give it a 4 since it doesn’t clean 100% all the time and I make sure no dish is blocked. I went off prior reviews when searching. It does seem a little pricey for expectations.

Purchased this 16 months ago from Best Buy, normally dont by the extended warranty becuase usually these things last more than 3-4 years, my bad. 14 months after purchase E08 shows up on the control pannel a couple of time then all goes dark. Called Besty Buy, they would not even send someone to look at it unless i signed up for the Geek Squad for over $200/year and that would not cover the repair. So I called Sears, guy was out here in a couple of days. New control pannel (since there were no lights at all). Ordered, installed, the back to E08, second repair guy comes out, thats the heater/pump. New heater/pump installed, and we get E06 which is the water turbidity sensor, but right was we are watching the lights go out again. SO now ordering another control pannel and a turbidity senor, no idea if that will work, will let you know. ONe thing i can say Sears repair guy says they will stand behind their work and not charge me for anything that was unnecessary and if they cant get it fixed will refund all my money. Too bad neither best buy nor Bosch will stand behind their product. BTW, i posted similar review on Bosch site, if you read it Bosch responded saying they would love to help if i just supppied all the information they were asking for, problem is they are asking for information i dont have, i told them that, but they just keep responding with the same messages. Dont buy this or if you do, buy the longest warrenty you can. I'm over $600 into repairs, which i might get back if it cant be fixed, but then after 14 months i will be out over $1400 (price + installation). I have shopped a lot at best buy, never again, and never again will i buy a Bosch dishwasher. BTW, when it worked it was an excellent machine, quiet, washed well, but what does that matter if the Vendor and Manufacturer will not stand behind their product.

This dishwasher has been in our house for 18 months, and is by far the quietest one I have ever had. I still have difficulty hearing it when it is running. It does a great job cleaning our dishes and has held up well, considering we run it 10-12 times a week.

My wife and I turned to this Bosch after a horrible experience with a high end brand. Not only was this unit hundreds cheaper it was the quietest dishwasher I have ever NOT heard. This unit also offers a third tray for some of the longer cutlery and specialty utensils. We are very happy with it!!

Since we installed the Bosch dishwasher it has lived up to our expectations. Everytime the glasses have come out sparkling and the dishes come out cleaner then we have ever had before. Another great feature is that you can be 2 feet away and never hear it running it's so quiet. We love it!

Great dishwasher, amazingly quiet. Love the third rack on top which is very versatile. Replaced a GE Profile which barely lasted a year and was complete garbage (leaked all over the kitchen causing thousands of dollars worth of damage). Only complaint is that the led display blanks out while washing so you have no idea how much time is left.

This dishwasher is so quiet, you forget it's running. It works great and the 3rd rack on the top is perfect for wooden spoons, plastic container lids and other items that would normally have had to be put on the same rack as the cups and glasses. It actually saves room. LOVE IT!

I love how quiet this dishwasher is. It also love having three levels to put items on to wash. It means that I can configure this dishwasher in so many ways depending on my needs. I owned a Bosch before and never had any issues so I am expecting the same with this one. It has a very nice and clean design front to it so it looks great. I was also pleased that the front was able to support my magnet which lets me know if the dishes are clean or dirty. Many in my household are guilty of putting in their dirty dishes before I've gotten to unloading it otherwise. Some people complain about the lack of heated drying. I just read an article talking about how bad this feature was to the life of dishwashers and that if you have it you shouldn't use it. I don't miss it at all. Occasionally I do have to let plastics sit out and dry but that doesn't bother me. Very pleased with this purchase

This dishwasher does an immaculate job at cleaning without the need to rewash the dishes. Setting the controls is somewhat tricky requiring pushing buttons in a certain order. The racks are easily removed (3 of them) bur stacking dishes is not as easy as with some other machines.
