The capacity and racks are excellent and the dirtiest dishes come out absolutely spotless. Four stars for the drying. Even though the description of this 800 series says "Heated Drying" it definatly does NOT have heated drying. Their term for heated drying means it heats the water to a hotter temperature before it starts the condensation process. If you have any plastic dishes or Tupperware expect a bit of water left on those.

This is a very quite unit and the delivery and set up was, bar none, the best I have ever seen. Kudos for Best Buys deliveryman. Now, the Bosch unit is 4/5 stars getting one ding as its drying of dishes is, well, not very good- it is very quite and dishes have all came out very clean- plus it looks great in our transforming kitchen (Updating).... Would I buy again? Likely- but would be an outstanding unit if it got everything completely dry.

Bought this as an open box. Not sure if it's from previous owners, but the inside of the door had a rust line a month after having it. Other than that this is the best dishwasher I've used

This is a wonderful dishwasher. Does an excellent job of cleaning and super quiet.

Our old washer quit and while it wasn't loud you could hear it run. This one you can barely hear it running if you put your ear against it. With the display and controls hidden under the counter top they put a little red light that shines a dot on the floor to let you know it's on. The wife and I still don't always trust it's running until it empties the water.....

Cleans very well. As with many European dishwashers does not dry very well. Extremely quiet.

This is our second Bosch dishwasher. We loved our first one and decided to get another one when we remodeled. This one is ridiculously quiet. We always have to check for the red light to see if it's on. The stainless steel tub is very nice, and the racks are sturdy and operate smoothly. The stainless steel finish is easy to keep clean. I highly recommend it.
