Broke within a year

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this last January and almost a year to the day the heating element is toast and it is out of warranty. It never worked well, the inside is very flimsy. The top side washer arm wasn't securely installed and fell off in the first use. Because it doesn't vent, it really doesn't dry well either. I also own a high end Kitchen Aid and it works much better. I am very sorry i didn't buy another of that brand.

I just don't like the way it is set up especially the limited amount of space for glasses. Haven't had it long so hope I can get used to it but so far not a happy camper.
