BOSCH products are very well made, (so far) reliable.

Touch buttons are very sensitive to use not the most friendly

Choice of multiple cleaning cycles is a real plus.

We received this dishwasher and it was indeed very quite. However; this machine does not dry your dishes! it relies on some weird air dry rather than heat. This leaves everything moist and began to smell. Best Buy was great and exchanged it for us at no cost. We got a Kitchenaid instead and it is much better.

Controls on door edge require a good deal of pressure to activate. I don't like fact that dishwasher defaults automatically to longest washing cycle. It seems unnecessary to have to press a "start" button after selecting cycle. Fit and finish on dishwasher are very good.

Dishwashers are dishwashers. There's nothing special about it.

Not sure if I have a defective unit or a bad install, but I find it comical that there is a light to tell you when this is running. This dishwasher is 2x louder than our 15 year old Thermador that finally died (same brand family, rated 46db). So loud in fact that I measured it with two noise meters with two different loads to make sure I was sane. The average dB for both tests averaged in the high 50s on the Auto setting, with peaks above 60. Calling Geek Squad tomorrow after giving this thing a fair chance for a couple of months. No issues cleaning or drying dishes so I’ll give it a couple stars there. 0 for 2 on major appliances with Best Buy in the last couple of years. Disappointed is an understatement.

We purchased the dishwasher but haven't had it installed yet.

After running this Bosch dishwasher about 60 times, the chemical smell coming out of the dishwasher after the drying cycle is still horrendous. Very quiet, but definitely not recommended!!!

Soap dispenser broke after one use. Doesn't dry well and the inside smells like chemicals (the smell is not from the soap). This unit is not worth the money at all. I wish I could have my old dishwasher back--I would gladly put up with it being louder after this bad experience.

It is loud and I always think an airplane is flying over our house. It sounds crazy but you’re looking for where that noise is coming from. It could just be an angry dishwasher.....

Doesn’t dry well and doesn’t hold large sheet pans well either. Gets the dishes clean but I have to hand dry every dish that comes out after.

Very nice and quiet but the only issue I have is random error messages. So in less you want to work with it for an hour before wash dishes I wouldn’t advise this purchase.

This is the worst purchase I have ever made. The first until didn't work at all and I had to have it replaced immediately. The replacement worked fine for a few weeks and then began to degrade. The pieces are flimsy and fall off during normal use. I would run it once and open it and there would be thin pieces of plastic that had broken and fallen off sitting there on the rack. After 2 years it stopped working completely. A Bosch certified person came to see what was wrong. The estimated repair included multiple parts including lack of any heating capacity which caused the dishwasher to grow disgusting mold. was going to be over $500 to do basic repair because there was so much wrong with it. Bosch offered to pay for the parts but not the labor. This didn't work for me because it's clear the machine is a lemon. After spending over $1,000 on the dishwasher plus tax and delivery I'm getting rid of it completely and buying a new one of a different brand. DO NOT BUY.

Dishwasher works as expected. Very ultra quiet. Almost too quiet. BB installers are rushed and did crap job...Bosch washer is misaligned in cabinet.

I purchased this Bosch dishwasher in June 2018 and in early June 2019 it stopped working. No lights would show on the panel. Si9nce3 it was less than a year since I purchased this item, plus I had purchased a 3 year extended warranty, I called a repairman who after 3 trips to my house and installing two new circuit boards, it still will not work. I am going to see if the Geek Squad will agree to replace the washer and will update my review later.

I was disappointed that we had to have the Geek Squad come and fix up what the people did wrong installing. They were nice and polite/

Gets dishes clean, but leaves them dripping wet .. even using the heated drying feature.
