While I’m impressed with the quietness of the unit, and it seems to wash dishes well... unfortunately the compartment for jet dry will not hold the product. Very disappointed, expect more from such a high end manufacturer. Repair person from Best Buy came today requiring me to be home... determined the entire dispenser compartment needs to be changed. Parts ordered... Another day I will need to be home. This is unacceptable for such a high end manufacture

I had studied Consumer Reports and this dishwasher had a higher than average and it does not disappoint. Best dishwasher I've ever bought and I have bought several.

Bought this dishwasher after our son got one. Cleans very well. The top cutlery tray is a great design feature as are the adjustable racks. Best Buy installation crew were professional and fast.

had an utensil not come clean. like the thinking of the engineers who designed it. Have had moisture collecting on the inside of dishwasher after clearing it of dishes. The solution given was totally unacceptable. However we haven't any more issues. Did notice that Bosch is addressing a drying issue in some other models than the one I purchased (500 series and the ones with the new drying technology). We were not happy with issues at Bosch and the store which was providing the delivery and installation services which was not the store I purchased the dishwasher. It took nearly a month get the dishwasher delivered. The Geek Guru was phenomenal.

This is our second Bosch purchase (we moved and inherited a GE washer). The "third rack" for silverware is a feature we don't use... ended up taking the rack out to allow taller objects on the "glasses" rack. SUPER QUIET and does a good job cleaning. This unit (as opposed to our older unit) seems to use more rinse aid, but the water here is also harder. Bosch units in general do a poor job of drying plastic (because they don't have their own drying/heating coil). We found that cracking the door open when the cycle ends resolves the issue for the most part.

We had an earlier model Bosch dishwasher, and this one is even quieter. The buttons take a bit of getting used to, since they operate on a delay, but they're okay once you get used to them.

Not the most simple system to figure out, but cleans and dries well. Glad to see no issues or damage despite being open box, and the installation was so quick and polite.

Love the extra 3rd shelf. Stepping up to next level took away the plastic front. Dryer does a good job on highest level.... plastic still wet. Door is very light in weight.

Great 3 rack dishwasher. Cleaned and dried as expected. Looks great in my stainless steel kitchen. Installation was a breeze with the Geek squad personnel.

Even after bumping up our water heater to the recommended 120 degrees, I still have to wipe some of the washed items dry. Could you have a display which indicates the water temperature? Also, it is hard to determine if the rinse container has been adequately filled. My old machine had an actual gauge for it. Finally, the incredibly detailed instructions for how to correctly fill the silverware compartment are just overthinking run amok! Is it really necessary to have differently-shaped compartments for the various sizes of silverware? The old standard slot size worked fine.

Very quiet dishwasher with great 3 shelf capacity. Problem we are having that lead to the 2 rating is a horrible smell. I thought the smell would go away after I ran a few wash cycles. It has not. I tried vinegar and I tried baking soda. Still has a horrible odor. Not sure what else to do.

This dishwasher is a dream machine - i never thought it would be so quiet - never hear it running unless your right next to it.

Love the layout for different type of dishes, cutleries and pans. Runs quite and cleans dishes very well.

Bosch dishwashers are the best! This is third one I have owned they are so quite and very well thought out! Very durable machines.

much quieter more convenient loading options not portable, so it allows us to use our kitchen faucet WHILE the dishwasher is running!

I was hesitant since the price is alittle steep but heard good things fron friends who purchased it. Pretty quiet. Worth the investment

Very quiet when running. Drying of dish's could improve when completed. A little hard to load compared to my old dishwasher.

Always had KitchenAid dishwashers previously but had been told they had changed so I'm very pleased with our new Bosch.
