The initial installers did a bad job installing and did not meet code. Best BUy replaced the machine sent two excellent installers who fixed the connection and replaced the machine

This is a great dishwasher as all Bosch Dishwashers are. I have had several and will never have any other brand. I can't say enough good things about it. Dishes are always clean.

My first Bosch dishwasher did not work properly. Best Buy immediately let me get another one. The second (same model--only recessed handle) one performed excellent.

I am in love with my new dishwasher. It's the second bosch item that I own the first being a mixer/food processor.

It is almost impossible to load any dish with some depth like bowls (large or small). We use the 3rd level for silverware as shown in most pictures. Arrangement is hard to figure out. Dishes are often still wet at end of cycle. Some silverware was still dirty, especially knives. Second shelf won’t hold tall cups like water bottles. We bought this because our old washer broke and we needed one quickly. Didn’t have a lot of time for research and this got good reviews. When installer came he said we were missing a part needed to convert from our old washer. This wasn’t anywhere in description. Also, it wasn’t installed straight. Sticks out a bit on one side. Wish we could return it. Will NEVER buy B inch again!

The bosh 800 series dishwasher works great. only complaint is it sometimes doesn't completely dry dishes.

This is a highly rated dishwasher that I bought as a floor model. Easy to install myself.

I chose the floor model to save some money. It arrived missing the kick plate and manual the delivery/installation team were awesome went above and beyond to get this to fit in my difficult spot and also helped me deal with Best Buy to get the missing parts. I like the dishwasher so far but it does not dry the dishes well

This is my second. The first one I had for over 20 years! No other like it. I'm hooked!
