I can't say enough how much I love this dishwasher! Granted, the one that came with the house was old and badly needed to be replaced. This dishwasher is super quiet. The first time I started it, I wasn't sure that it was on, it was so quiet. The shelves move easily and accommodate many configurations of items to wash. I actually use the 3rd shelf more than I thought i would for some small ramekins and some cooking utensils. The dishes come out super clean and dry. It's the best dishwasher I've ever used.

Dishes come out clean and shiny. It does take more than two hours to run cycle, but you can’t hear it at all! My dining room and kitchen come as a one huge open space, you can have guests sitting and having a dinner, and nobody will even notice that dishwasher is running. Another feature I love, is absence of the heating element! Means - no burned plastic in your machine! I have three kids. With all containers I use to pack lunches and store food, my old dishwasher melted so many lids and containers I could probably buy a new dishwasher if I add up all damage! You might have a little water not dried out if you remove dishes too quickly. My advice is to run cycle overnight. Overall great product, worth its money!

Cleans very well and is quiet. The only noise is the draining thru sink pipes. The door stays wet after a cycle no matter how much drying time is allowed. Dishes next to door always have some condensation. It is large and roomy but is very hard to arrange dishes even though tines adjust. Adjusting settings requires regular consulting of instruction manual. I have only had this about a month. It was not in stock when ordered online, but I was not informed of this until the night before delivery was due. My installation date was changed three times before finally being installed on the fourth scheduling.

It's true that the first time you start this dishwasher, you're going to wonder if it's working because it is so quiet. A normal cycle takes 2 hours or more, but that's not a problem for us. The adjustable racks and tall tub make it easy to fit taller items. My biggest complaint would be the angle of the tines on the bottom rack. It would be alright if we only had plates and bowls like the diagrams in the manual, but large skillets don't fit well. Taking out the silverware basket and using the third rack on top instead is one way to get around that. Be sure to read the manual for other tips.

We bought this to replace a 16 year old Jenn-Air dishwasher that developed a leak and shorted the pump motor. After 1-1/2 months I can say it cleans well and really is so quiet you don't know its on if the lights didn't tell you. Like others say, plastic items tend not to dry well, but the same was true of the Jenn-Air it replaced, for which we always had to hand dry plastics and glasses in the upper rack. Actually, items in it seem to dry better if the "Sanitize" setting is used and "extra dry" setting is not. Considering it is the same size, it holds a lot more dishes than the old dishwasher.

Dishwasher gets my dishes very clean and is amazingly quiet. If I had to try to find something wrong with the dishwasher, I would say that it could do a better job of drying the dishes. They are still really dry, just some water on top when I pull them out.

Bought this last month to replace a 9 year old Kitchenaid which died. So far no problems. Pros: Cleans well. Adjustable rack height is a plus. Extra top shallow rack is handy. Quiet. Looks great. Buttons work fine. Easy to clean filter Cons: Drying ability is not so great for plastics. Placement of tines is not the best.

Purchased this unit 7 months ago and it has been as good as advertised and is exceeding our expectations. We use the name-brand finish detergent and finish liquid. The dishes get clean and no scraping with your thumbnail when unloading. We love the third rack for our long or flat items. It does run quiet, but it beeps to let you know it is finished. The stainless steel interior gives that extra-clean feeling. We're also saving on our electric bill, so this unit has already paid for itself.

Dishwasher is super quiet and cleans very well. Also looks great in my kitchen! Lots of room to load dishes, and the 3rd shelf is a bonus.

This is the best dishwasher we have owned. I think we've had 5 others before this. I love the third rack. We toss all the silverware and knives, anything flat, on top, and that leaves the bottom rack totally open for plates and large items. We have thin plates (corelle) and can probably fit 25 dinner plates on the bottom rack. The tines are too close together for thicker plates, but I love them. Bosch dishwashers do not have dry cycle, but they do super heat the rinse water so that things are hot when the cycle is done. As long as you open the dishwasher when the cycle ends, the dishes will dry very quickly. Please be aware that this super heated water can melt some plastics. I don't use much plastic stuff so this doesn't bother me. The items it has melted are things that probably shouldn't have been in the dishwasher anyway (a gravity cat waterer, a travel shampoo bottle, and plastic voss water bottles) The display tells you when you need to add rinse aid, so this makes me use it religiously. The cycles are shorter when you use rinse aid. The display tells you how long each cycle is and how long remains. It has a pleasant beep sound when it's done. It repeats a couple of times. Unfortunately the beep on my dishwasher sounds just like the beep on the refrigerator when the door is left open.

So far, I love this machine!!! First I switched from the Costco washing pods to Cascade Platinum w Oxi because the Costco product was leaving a white film on the plastics (for years they performed great in my old Bosch). I also use the Jet Dri rinse agent (sample that comes w the machine). Started a load last night before bed, got up this AM, and everything is sparkling clean and only some of the plastics have a bit of moisture on them. The adjustable 2nd rack is brilliant, and the 3rd rack is perfect for all those small items...I put all my eating utensils on it and they are absolutely clean!! It’s very quiet, the delay feature is nice, and the array of options is cool, even though I primarily use the auto (which runs about 2hrs). I’ve had the 800 series Bosch for a month now, and have NO complaints!! I would definitely purchase this product again.

This is a replacement for a Bosch discarded due to a house fire. Cleans as it should, no complaints. Be aware, these are so quite that at first use you may be fooled into thinking the thing is not running.

I installed it myself with a water supply kit I ordered on line for $15. I took a little while to figure out all the steps, but was actually quite easy. I did have to re-route the old electric connection. After it was installed and leveled we tried it out. So quiet we weren't sure it was running. Dishes came out very clean. We special ordered one with a front display which shows the time, the cycle, the start & stop buttons . We like being able to see the time remaining, especially since all the cycles are quite long. Looks good. Cleans good. Exceptionally quiet.!

We were hesitant to buy this Bosch - 800 Series 24" Recessed Handle Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Tub but we are so glad we did - SUPER quiet and dry very well

Great shopping experience with knowledgable staff. Lowest price for top line appliance with on time delivery. Dishes passed dried on food test. Silent operation. Low energy features plus air dry do not limit ability to clean dishes. LED panel information is just right for letting you know it's on and when it will be done. Extra features of 800 series prove to be worth the investment.

We've had this for a few months and can honestly say it has met all expectations. Everything always comes out clean, and it truly is whisper quiet. We love the 3rd rack (wasn't sure how useful it would be before we made the purchase. Only negative is that it doesn't always dry completely (on some cupped glass ends for example) but that is not a deal breaker for us.

Our second Bosch dishwasher. It's even quieter than the previous once we owned and it does a great job of cleaning. The only slight negative is that the wash cycles seem to get longer as the machines get newer. Heavy soil, sanitize, extra dry? 3:30.

I love love love this dishwasher. It holds A LOT - to the point that I run out of dishes before it's even full. And it is ridiculously quiet - I had to hold my ear up to it to know it was on. The top tray rack has been useful, and there seem to be an adequate variety of spaces to fit things into. Highly recommend.
