Washes dishes great and is super quiet! I hardly even know that it is running once it gets started. This replaced a unit that was 20 years old and the difference is amazing. There is a slight odor after the washing gets finished, but if the door is opened for ventilation, the odor goes away.

This is a great dishwasher and we are pleased so far. It is very quiet and does the job as advertised. The third rack is ingenious - it is worth it;perfect for shallow things and odd pieces. We requested the free installation and that is a huge negative - to the point where I will likely not buy the next needed appliance at Best Buy. Upon arrival, we were informed that Best Buy Geek Squad could not install because they don’t do any plumbing - in our case, they could not screw on a reducer coupling to our existing water line to connect to dishwasher. My advice if you are buying a dishwasher, get in writing what they will and will not do.

This dishwasher is super quiet but does a great job cleaning. It takes just under 3 hours when set to heavy cleaning with sanitize and extra dry selected. I highly recommend using jet dry to help the dishes get dry. Loce the third rack and the adjustable middle rack. Highly recommend.

Its been about 3 weeks since installation and we are very happy. It is extremely quiet and cleans dishes much better than my previous dishwasher. I love the 3rd rack to be able to put smaller bowls and longer utensils. I had Best Buy install the dishwasher and they did a great job.

I am so disappointed in this dishwasher I can hardly stand it. I don’t understand the good reviews. There are so many things I deem wrong with it, I can say only three good things. I got the black front, which is so much better than the stainless steel. It always looks good. But looks aren’t everything. The other good thing is the quietness, but ONLY if you use the ridiculous 2.36 HOUR setting! How does that save money? The faster setting is still over an hour, and it is not quiet. The only other good thing is the 1-24 hour delay setting. But that’s it. Otherwise, all the ridiculously bad. It will NOT dry your dishes on the second or third heights. It will NOT dry anything plastic, including their own plastic silverware holder. You take that out after the cycle is finished, and it drips everywhere. That means the bottoms of your silverware is also wet. And I mean wet. All of my plastic storage containers are soaking wet. If you want any type of drying, you have to open the door after the cycle is finished and leave it open for HOURS! Who wants that? The repairman I had come out to show me what might be wrong showed me to put a dishtowel in the door to keep it open for as long as possible to get the condensation out. The next bad thing is the spaces to place your dishes in are either too close or bent. That means your bowls in particular fall forward onto each other. They will not stack properly. If I had known all of this, I would have never bought this machine! The salesman who was at Best Buy was not helpful when looking at these choices. I had to ask questions, but was never shown what I needed to know. If he had been honest, and shown me the pros and cons, I would have bought the Kitchen Aid, which happened to be less expensive. It has a much better design and only 2 decibels louder. And then there is this weird odor that came that way, and has never disappeared. Can’t describe it. No, not food in the filter you have to clean yourself (another con—my old one had a disposal connection and did away with any food by itself. No, it is a metal smell or something like that). So now, I cannot wash my plastic storage containers in it. Waste of time, since I have to hand dry every single one. If I buy glass storage containers, they are heavy and can break. Why should I have a way less better dishwasher than the Whirlpool I had previously, which dried everything? And this demand that you MUST use Finish rinse aid? It smells awful to me, and if I use hot soup in one of my hard plastic bowls, I can taste the rinse aid! Who wants to eat rinse aid? So I now use plain vinegar as a rinse aid. That works. Oh yes, and just try opening the rinse aid door. I dare you to do it without using a knife to pry it open! Break a finger anyone? Would I recommend this to anyone? Heck, NO! If anyone wants to buy it from me, let me know. I will sell it cheap.

So far, so good. Quietest dishwasher ever. A little tricky to figure out the various modes, manual could be more clear. Takes over 2 hours for the normal and auto cycles to run, but holds a lot and really gets things clean. definitely the dishwasher from the future.

I am a long-time Bosch dishwasher fan. Quietest dishwasher on the market. And quality is high. Never had any complaints with my first purchase 20 years ago. Only 2 issues evident with the new model I bought. First, the rubber apron under the toe panel keeps falling off. It does not appear to have been attached properly to the door's bottom during manufacture. Second, the large lower dish bin easily jumps off the guide channels because there is no adequate stop for the rollers. Once these 2 issues are resolved, the new model should work fine.

I regret I waited so long to upgrade my old Bosch. This washer does a great job cleaning, is so easy to use, insanely quiet, and the design of the racks is perfect. Worth the extra money to upgrade from the basic series.

The 3rd rack is what initially attracted me to the Bosch dishwasher, and it is a great feature. The model that I bought is super-quiet (42 db), easy to load, and my dishes and glasses come out sparkling clean. No complaints whatsoever.

compared to our old washer, this holds so much more and actually washes dishes. Also, it's super quiet, my teens weren't even sure it was running until it drained the water out after a cycle.

We recently replaced an old dishwasher with the Bosch and we are so pleased with the versatility and quiet operation of this new, highly-rated Bosch. The ability to adjust the racks and the additional third rack are a great upgrade. We cannot say enough about the superb service we received from the sales staff and Geek Squad installers at Best Buy, too. They kept us informed throughout the entire process from selecting one that met our needs to the final installation with updates on when they would arrive. Excellent experience! Thank you!

After doing a bunch of research I settled on this dishwasher as the best value for the price. What I got definitely fits that description. It cleans great, drys well, I love the third rack, and you can't tell it running it's so quiet.

We purchased the Bosch 800 series with front facing controls about 2 months ago. I can report that this washer is extremely quiet and cleans very well with several wash control options. It is a machine that is quite popular on the market for these reasons and popular with at least two sets of our friends. However, after installation, I will also say that we experienced a fetid smell when the machine was fully closed between washes, and we found many people with similar comments. We have had great success eliminating this smell by ensuring that the door to the washer is not fully closed between washing. The small amount of ventilation seems to solve the problem. We are happy with this machine and would buy it again.

Had it for more than a month. Pro: On CR Bosch has a good repair record, Very quiet, Controls are visible, Well built, Looks good. Con: Bad odor, Controls do not indicate cycle while operating, Hard to stack deep dishes, Dirt back wash when not use rinse aid, Does not dry well

Pros: - It's so quiet you barely know it's on - Cleans even dried-on food - Third shelf is surprisingly useful - You can reconfigure the shelves in a lot of different ways Cons: - There's no easy way to prop open the door to let dishes air dry, so your options are bake everything at really high temperatures to dry them or deal with wet dishes - It really needs the rinse aid or else it leaves detergent spots all over everything

The secret to drying is do not open machine after stopped wait about 30 minutes the geek squad expert does not show you initial electronic options that’s not fair to Bosch or customers I would not hesitate buy another one
