Better than expected, read several reviews on multiple units before agreeing on this one and it did not disappoint. Extremely quite and cleans as advertised. One word, Amazing!

This is my 3rd bosch dishwasher and this one disappoints. It is difficult to open and difficult to use the controls. Bosch did not meet their standards on this unit. Which we could return it if we could...But were living with it.

This dishwasher is amazing. Washes well, Dries well, everything I expect from a dishwasher… and it’s very quiet. I am so glad I purchased this one!

On December 31, Best Buy allowed me to purchase the unit and book the service for installation and haul-away for January 2nd. I asked twice, and the salesperson in the appliance department assured me it was available. On the morning of the installation, I received a call from the third-party doing the installation informing me that the unit wouldn't be available, and the service would have to be rescheduled. The earliest date they could then honor was an entire week later, January 9th. And they were no longer able to have the installation vendor also haul away the old unit, it would have to be the following day. On the day of the installation, things went smoothly. Except the install vendor took the old unit, so I had to contact Geek Squad to inform them to cancel the haul away portion of the order. That took several calls because they didn't cancel the first time, they rescheduled it to the following Monday for some reason. Also, the phone contact with Geek Squad is terrible. Despite providing all of my account information and a rundown of the situation to the first rep, they don't transfer the info when they transfer the call. So I had to repeat myself every time I contacted Geek Squad about this order.

What can you say, it's a Bosch! Pros Beautiful look to fit any kitchen Super quiet Red LED indicator that projects a red dot on the floor to alert the unit is in use Lots of space for big loads, pots, pans, etc. Cons Pricey (but you get what you pay for!)

So happy I went with this dishwasher. You never know it on it’s so quiet. The quality of the wash and drying of this machine is worth the money. The black stainless never get fingerprints on it, and it looks so rich and smart. Glad I went with it I hate when you see marks and finger prints all over stainless. Now I’m not constantly wiping it. It always looks good!
