The Bosch Benchmark is remarkable in every way. When running and doing its magnificent job of cleaning AND drying the dishes and cookware, it’s almost inaudible. An incredible machine and worth every penny.

It’s been close to a month now and this is by far the best dishwasher we’ve owned. Everything is spotless. The water softener really works and Crystal Dry has been as good (if not better) than heating coils. I also have peace of mind with the leak prevention. It’s also pretty much silent when running. The only knock is the app sometimes doesn’t connect and doesn’t always make things easier.

Love the Bosch washer. adjustable shelves, a top drawer we use for silverware instead of the basket. It's very, very quiet as well. We tested it by putting in soiled dishes and silverware (we used to rinse everything completely) and they came clean! Also - we had Best Buy install this, and they were extremely courteous and professional. They took a lot of care to lever the dishwasher and make everything perfect!

I waited until I used my new Bosch dishwasher for one month for this review . I had two high end Kitchen Aid dishwashers in the last seven years and this has been a major upgrade. This machine has great performance and is super quiet. Everything that goes in comes out shiny clean. I am hoping the mechanics of the machine are equally as superior . So far it is extra money well spent .

Really a great reliable unit so far. Purchased in April 2024 and have it just over 1 year. Cleans and drys very well! Some of the buttons could be more responsive, but 100 satisfied with my purchase.

Only a couple of weeks in but so far so good. Super quiet operation and washes and drying is perfect so far.

Bosch for the win. Our previous dishwasher never worked right. Would not clean glasses, left residue. We had it repaired twice. Finally replaced it with this Bosch and I LOVE it. It is so quiet when it runs and and we have an open kitchen / living room so that is a big win. Dishes sparkle and I have even stopped rinsing them before loading. Expensive but worth every penny.

Very quiet. Barely hear it. Dishes come out much cleaner than other dish washers I’ve had. Quality item , well worth the money.

MIxed bag - quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. Crystal dry is a great feature. The design of the bottom is awful. We have thick plates. We wind up having to run the dishes 50% more than we used to

An excellent purchase! I hesitated because it cost more money than the other dishwashers, but I'm so happy that I chose the Bosch. The dishes have been spotless. The stainless steel is a beautiful addition to my kitchen and I am super happy with this product.

Much quieter than our previous Bosch. Simple instrumentation. Would like to have a bigger utensil basket in the bottom rack--it's about half the size as our previous Bosch model's basket. But that does give more room for plates, pans, etc., so a tradeoff, and utensils can also go on the top rack.

Worth the money. Very quiet and cleans amazingly.

Love the way the trays are, it is quiet, and cleans the dishes so much better than the one I had before.

Super quiet & the interior lights are super helpful when loading dishes. Way, way better than our old washer. Will only buy Bosch from here on out.

This dishwasher has more capacity that I expected, although tall cups and glasses must go on the bottom rack and there's no way to anchor them so they don't jostle. One star off for not providing the promised test strip for hard water. Another star off for forcing me to download and use an app to use a timer for when it starts. Just what I don't need: another app. I really loved that manual feature on my last dishwasher. Also no light telling us when the dishes are clean, which is useful for others in the household to know and unload the dishwasher. Maybe this is on the app but does that mean everyone in the household needs the app? My mom in the dishwash unloader and she barely used her cell phone. 3rd star off for drying capability, stuff is not dry and I'm not able to use it for some things because water settles and leaves rust marks. WOULD NOT PURCHASE THIS AGAIN, my last dishwasher was just as quiet and cost a lot less. Oh - and I don't understand the cycle options, way too complicated.

Love the quality of cleaning and drying. And the quietness of this machine is top notch. It is so quiet the only indication you have that it is working is the time left displayed on outside of the machine. I've had other top brand dishwashers before, Bosch outdoes them all.

This is the most quiet dishwasher we have ever not heard. If the light was not on we would not know it is on. The last Bosch was quiet but this is at a whole new level. Oh and it cleans very well too.

We bought the Bosch Benchmark to replace an 8 year old dishwasher from another brand that was no longer cleaning well. So far we love it. Dishes come out spotless and dry. This has three racks. Putting the utensils in the top rack takes a little getting used to, but no big deal. I would definitely buy this again and I have recommended it to my friends.
