To whom it may concern I bought the 500 subwoofer because I have the 500 Soundbar and I wanted to make it sound like I was at the movie theater once I got it great inspiration I love it what I want to get is the rear sound speakers which is hard for me to find I went to Best Buy you no longer sell it in the store so I have to try to see if both have it going forward but I love my set can't say much about it just great.

This subwoofer sounds great and provides plenty of deep base. Set up was very straight forward. Excellent compliment with my Bose 700 Soundbar.

This sub provides the necessary lows for your Bose 500 or 700 soundbar. The soundbar on its own does not provide enough bass. You can also place this sub anywhere in the room and Adaptiq will properly calibrate your sound experience. This sub is designed to be paired with the 500 soundbar, it can be paired with the 700 soundbar, however if your listening space is larger, this sub may not fill up the room and you will want to go with the 700.

I originally purchased the Bose 900 Soundbar, thinking that by going with their best one, I could get by without the dedicated sub. Reading several review convinced me that it would be worth my time & $$$ to add the bass module, and I'm glad I did. The sound is so full and rich, it's hard to tell where it's coming from! I would recommend adding this to a compatible soundbar.

I had purchased a Bose 500 sound bar first. Then add the Bose 500 subwoofer at later date. I purchased it as a 2019 christmas present to complete the system. I had used the Bose app to add the bose 500 soundbar and a few clicks added the bose 500 subwoofer. Now I have my sites on the wireless rear speakers to finish the whole system. The sound from just these two pieces is awesome. I cant wait to add the wireless rear speakers to hear the whole system

The best thing about this bass module is that it is wireless. Bass is adequate, however I must admit I’m a little disappointed at the sound when the volume is increased above 50%. I’m not an audiophile so I cannot explain exactly the problem other than it sounds like the speaker(s) are forced beyond its capabilities and that you either need to lower the volume or lower the bass strength in order to maintain a pleasant bass sound.

I love Bose products. It's very well-built and easy to install. I like that it can connects to the soundbar 500.

There is nothing better I have the 700 there is a bise system in every room in my house even the garage has the portable system all in the same wifi works like a charm. They sound like nothing else they look great and they last I have the wires old system in a movie room the house shakes and I have a nice size house. Love Bose products is all I can sau and I consider myself an audiophile

I had purchased a Bose Soundbar 600. It sounded really good but just did not have the bass needed for movies and especially music. This Module 500 provides the solution for that issue. Is a bit pricy.

I have the Bose smart sound bar 900 but it sounded like it needed some more bass, but i wasn’t able to spend another $800 for the base module 700 and i have decided to give at the 500 a chance, and exceeded my expectations! Now it sounds like a it should be.
