On my2nd one and the wireless connection is ok for a few days and then starts dropping and you get random thumps that are distracting and defeats the point of having it. Wired connection is ok but you still get some static when there is no sound but unit is on. Diagnosed and reset and followed instructions for interference, no difference.

Posted .Hello, the Base Module 500 has a range of up to 30 feet (9m) from the device that it is connecting to with a direct range. It is unusual for the module to not be working as it should. This could be due to it being in a high interference environment. Make sure that other Bluetooth or WIFI devices are not within 1-2ft of the Base module.
