The directions included did not correspond to my soundbar and I had to Google the setup. After that it works flawless. I did go into the app and boost the gain as the default setting is pretty low. Great curbside pickup at Bestbuy as usual!

It was very difficult to set up to my system and I was not happy with this purchase but the best buy employees made it very simple and stress free to return. They are always very helpful and I appreciate that.

The set up seemed to be running fine until the Sub (Bose 500) began having a popping sound. Not sure what the issue is, but haven't had the issue with my other Bose Sub in another room.

The volume and other controls are done through the mobile app. Which is a sort of a pain. But once you get it, you are set.

It's been a good experience all the way around. One exception is the phone service to talk with someone. Very difficult to communicate with that automated service BAD BAD BAD on the phone deal.

Paired it with a SoundTouch 300 which I love but it is really just to small. For 400 bucks I expected a little more bang for your buck. Probably gonna have to exchange for the 700
