Sounds good but does not connect to the solo5 which was disappointing when we got it home and no one at the store told us that. Ended up taking it back and buying the JBL package

I love this subwoofer. It’s a great addition to my soundbar.

It sounds ok for a little 6 inch sub.. the bigger question would be how do they get away with selling proprietary 6"subs for 500 dollars. I can get a 12" Klipsch that'll work with anything else and shake the house apart for 200. Anywho, this was needed since the 600 soundbar is so anemic on it's own.

Hello Best Buy Team, Thank you for your email, but unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy my purchase. The product I bought was listed as "Open Box Excellent," however, upon receiving it, I found that it wasn’t in the condition I expected. The description indicated the product was in excellent condition, but when I received it, it was only wrapped in bubble wrap, which raised concerns about its safety and quality. For this reason, I decided to return it immediately. Excellent Geek Squad Verified Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings. Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement). I had expected the item to come in its original box, even if it was damaged, but still with the original packaging. Alternatively, an appropriate cardboard package with protective foam would have been sufficient to ensure the product’s quality during transit. I would like to know if it’s possible to purchase the same product, at the same price, either as another "Open Box Excellent" or as a brand new, sealed box item. This is to complete my Bose Soundbar 500 system, as I am a big fan of the Bose brand and own several Bose products, including in the audio system of my vehicle. Additionally, I should mention that I spent over two hours driving to your store and back, only to return empty-handed, which was quite inconvenient. I appreciate your help in resolving this issue and look forward to your prompt response.

Bose Always makes good products. feels like it could hit harder but it does it's job.

Fills out the somewhat hollow sounding soundbar, but the setup was terrible and using the bose app is awful. If the setup was easier I'd give 4 stars

Not much thump, but does increase the overall bass sound.

Nice to compliment the the Boss bar 300/ TV in the kitchen. Responds to both it’s own remote and the iPhone volume control, but not the cable or Tv remote.

Bose makes fine sound products but the app and ease of connection leave a lot to be desired. I have owned Bose for 45 years but think they have much to do to recoup their once-stellar reputation. The sub was not as good as other for the price. I am still hoping Bose will get its act back together and restore their sound products to days of yore.
