Perfect Sound

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There is a popping noise coming from the subwoofer, I have checked online and it seems to be a major problem that Bose doesn't seem to be able to address. I may have to return this to Best Buy. I have it installed with the Bose 900 soundbar and rear speakers. I have always been a big Bose fan starting with the Bose 901 back in 1974. The 3 star rating relects that the sound otherwise is great. I will update to 5 if Bose gives me a good outcome.

That said, when I am upstairs and there is a movie on downstairs, I have to check to see if there is thunder or if it is the sound system. We purchased with the sound bar and have been very happy. Very easy to set up and use.

Had an opportunity to add the bass and it really made a huge difference. If possible add this unit for extreme sound. Highly recommend but it is not cheap

The bass module 500 is phenomenal and fills the room with nothing less than high quality bass. Since i got I've told everyone about it and had a few friends purchase it already and not one has complained about it. Worth every penny.

This one not only sounds good, but looks good too. The Geed Squad set this up, when they installed our TV. We had a heck of a time pairing it to the soundbar, had to download the app to do that. Still not sure how to control the subwoofer with the app. It doesn't come with instructions,

We're sorry to hear that you had some difficulty setting up the product. The Bose Music app is engineered to provide the smoothest setup possible, and we appreciate your feedback. You can pair the bass module either with the remote or with the app. (On the remote, simultaneously press and hold the Bluetooth and Play/Pause buttons for about five seconds. The soundbar light bar pulses white while connecting to the bass module and stops pulses once connected.)
The bass module itself does not have audio settings, however, you can adjust the bass and treble of the soundbar with the app and the bass module will adjust accordingly. These settings can be found in the Bose Music app under My Bose > Soundbar 500 > Tap the product image in the lower-right > Adjustments.
