Adding the subwoofer added immensely to the sound effect. Music and movies are on another level. Definitely worth getting.

Exceeds my expectationsThe staff was absolutely amazing polite courteous helpful knowledgeable friendly and very professional. The Geek Squad was outstanding in the service provided making sure I was 100 percent able to operate and understand equipment purchased take time with return demonstration and patiently answering all my questions. I was completely satisfied.Best Buy highly recommended to the world for future purchase.

The sound feels rich and I can feel it when I'm watching movies or playing video games. Definitely worth looking into if your budget allows.

I purchased the 500 bass module and it made a positive difference. Now I can hear the affects when watching movies.

I have used multiple Samsung soundbars, and the bass is just awful. One day with this and you can tell how much better it is.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's good, but not the "great" experience you expect from BOSE. Setup is extremely easy, for TV it's good, but overall this 500 system needs book shelf speakers if you plan to use it for music.
