I paired this with my SoundTouch and it works pretty well. I think if you get the newer sound bar you can control bass levels and volume but with the older model sound bar you can not. If you’re buying this, I recommend going with the newer 700 model soundbar even though it’s a considerable amount more money.

This subwoofer is the usual high quality that you'd expect from Bose but way too much woofer for that soundbar IMO - even turned down to half volume. I'd probably upgrade to the 500 soundbar if I could have a "do over".
