The set up seemed to be running fine until the Sub (Bose 500) began having a popping sound. Not sure what the issue is, but haven't had the issue with my other Bose Sub in another room.

Posted .I'm happy to hear you're a long-time fan of the Bose sound! If your Bass Module 500 is experiencing popping issues, try disconnecting the bass module from power for 5 minutes. The volume and other controls are done through the mobile app. Which is a sort of a pain. But once you get it, you are set.

It's been a good experience all the way around. One exception is the phone service to talk with someone. Very difficult to communicate with that automated service BAD BAD BAD on the phone deal.

Paired it with a SoundTouch 300 which I love but it is really just to small. For 400 bucks I expected a little more bang for your buck. Probably gonna have to exchange for the 700
