The Bass Module 500 can be wirelessly connected to our Smart Home soundbars. It's just our non-smart products like the Bose TV Speaker that it needs to be physically connected to with a cable.

Checked with the salesman on the floor and was told it was compatable with our Bose Solo 5. No it is not! Therefore had to return without ever setting it up. Very disappointed.

Almost like someone was knocking on the wall. After researching, a poor connection could be a cause. However, I have excellent internet speed and the router is 20 ft from the sub. It completely ruins a movie with its constant popping.

If the router is positioned closer to the soundbar, this can interfere with the connection to the bass module. Whilst it is not possible to connect to your Bass Module via Bluetooth, you can do this directly to your connected Soundbar that you have your Bass Module 500 connected to.

Boomy noise

Setting it at level 50 or above made it very boomy sounding rather than clear low-end sound. Setting it at 40 definitely added more to the experience than without the subwoofer at all, but overall this really let me down. The sound just wasn't clear. I opted instead for Klipsch the fives, which, even without a subwoofer, put forth better quality bass than this subwoofer. I think for the everyday consumer this would be fine, but to my ear it just didn't make the cut.
