Great quality and solid bass response. Very easy to pair with an existing Bose soundbar. Excellent sound when combined with surround sound speakers. Movies, tv shows, and gaming sound quality are crystal clear.

I have paired it with soundbar 600 and rear surround speakers. The bass is very rich and deep. Only issue with this one is after some time of use (30mins or 1 hr) it starts making a weird rattling noise. As per online forums they are due to signal interferences. So without going wireless, connected it with Bose Bass module connection cable (purchased separately $9). No such noise after that and it sounds even better.

Bose has nailed it once again!!! This little sub-woofer produces absolutely clean bass and adds to spaciousness of the overall surround sound effect. I would highly recommend buying this product. Worth every Penney. I run my Bose Soundbar 900 on two Sub-woofers (matching 500’s) to distribute the bass evenly. The overall result has been beyond amazing. Family, friends and anybody who hear it have their jaws dropped - seriously (mine included :-) ) every single time I play it - both Movies and just good ol songs

Got this to add to my SoundTouch 300 sound bar. Got this smaller version so it can fit under the couch. I like not being able to see it. Bumps nice and provides plenty of full bass filling sound.

Delivers on sound for a great room with a vaulted ceiling without blowing out your ear drums or disturbing the neighbors. (Room measures approximately 400sqft.). Automatically pairs with the Bose soundbars. One recommendation that I learned is that the wifi connectivity works but causes distortion... pair the sub with a 3.5mm mini-jack and the problem goes away.

This Bose subwoofer really packs a punch of base and greatly enhances the sound of the TV Speaker soundbar. The soundbar alone sounds much better than the built-in tv speakers of my 58" Samsung 4K tv. And, ths subwoofer is a bit pricey, so I wasn't sure about buying it. But, I decided to try it. I figured I could just return it, if i didn’t like it. But wow, it sounds awesome when watching movies and listening to music. Just get it and you'll definitely hear it for yourself.

This subwoofer has a wonderful sound. Clear and crisp, nice and deep bass. Sounds great via TV and music. Great choice compared to others. Yes it cost a little more but the way it sounds makes it worth the cost.

The Bose Bass Module 500 works great with the Bose Sound Bar 300. It was easy to connect using my android phone. I can set unit anywhere in the room and the sounds are always terrific.

I got this on sale after going back and forth on getting the more expensive model for our Livingroom. Dimensions are 15' x 20' for reference. I have to say I was impressed by the added bass; it is set to 50 on the app. Movies and music come to life with this added to a 900 soundbar. This is more than enough for a living room of this size. It should be added that it is imperative to run Bose's ADAPTiQ calibration program for this to properly work. If not, it will sound flat.
