This Bose Bluetooth audio adapter is simply perfect! It was super easy to set up & exactly what I wanted for my Bose sound wave III system. Paired with each one of my electronic devices like a dream! What to expect with Bose Bluetooth audio adapter, is a nice & small 2 1/2 × 2 1/2 inches wide × 1 inch high device, it takes up very little space which is nice so it doesn't compete with the sleek design of your Bose system! It comes with a couple of ways to connect it with your sound system (Option 1: an Optical cable (Option 2: 3.5 mm audio cable. Simply choose one of the two options, then plug it into a wall outlet & you're ready to start pairing your electronic devices super easy! (Side note: Bose sound wave lll will only connect with audio cable) Needless to say, I'm happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this to a friend or family member. You are paying for the Bose name with this product. There isn't anything innovative with this product as there other products that provide the same functionality but what you do get is the Bose backing. Set up was easy, pairing was a snap and works well. The optical cable that is provided is very poor quality. The connectors are constructed of extremely soft plastic. When plugging the connector into the Bose Cinemate control module the connector would not lock into place and deformed the shroud around the optical fibre. I would strongly recommend forgoing the optical cable provided and opt for a cable with a better constructed connector.

Easy hookup, small a hidden . Connects with ease!!

I bought this device in order to stream music from my phone to an already wired mul5iroom system. Easy hook up and works great. The down side is the range of the blue tooth reception. my multi room system is down in the basement and in order to stream to it , I had to leave the cell phone in the room above. The sound quality is great within the range. I had to return it in favor of a WiFi receiver, which in my house has a greater range due to a wide network. Unfortunately the WiFi receivers are between 300 to 500 in cost compared to 60 dollars I spent on this one. For my limited use of streaming music I'm thinking of buying this Bluetooth receiver again.

I wish my cinemate system had bluetooth incorporated. I saw the need to add this adapter to easily hook up my phone to the sound system and works flawlessly.

I have had over a dozen bluetooth adapters over the last 5 years, and this one cost nearly 2x the price of the others, but the sound output is far superior to other adapters I have used including the logitech adapter which was the one I was using prior to this adapter.

This is a pretty good bluetooth adapter, with more range than the 30 ft touted for Bluetooth technology. However, I required several attempts to get this connected to my iOS devices. Would have given it 5 stars, otherwise.

Another quality product from bose Works great and setup was vey easy I can now enjoy wirelessly all the music on my laptop and smart phone

With the Bose Bluetooth Audio Adapter, I am able to send my iPad audio thru my Sonos 5 speaker. Easy set up and it works great.

A life changer! I have an old Bose surround sound that you have to use AV to play music. I was skeptical buying this at first, so glad I did! It connects immediatelyand flawlessly and plays music clearly. I was suprised how far the reach was to connect to blue tooth as well. Worth every penny!

This bluetooth adapter is amazing. It has great sound quality with NO humming, buzzing, or crackling. It is definitely worth the price and is helpful in making my speaker system wireless.
