While this system does not have Bluetooth built into it, we do offer an optional Bluetooth adapter that will allow that type of functionality with the system. Here is the link: http://bit.ly/1JsYbpw.
If you are unable to get sound running a cable from the audio output, let's make sure that the internal speakers are shut off in the sound section of the TV's setup menu. If you are still having issues getting audio through the system, we encourage you to call us and we'll figure it out together. You can reach us at 1-800-379-2073. For the money, this unit is compact but performs like a 5 speaker system. The bass rocks the room which is about 15x15. The remote could be a bit better, its a bit bulky, but operates all components. Sometimes they power on and off out of sync.
