I had one of the first Bose Companions years ago. But these are so much better now. Stereo sound is impressive when you sit in front of your monitor with the speakers only set a foot apart. The chassis are heavy which makes them stand well and helps the sound a lot (no vibrations etc). The sound disk that operates as volume controll, on/off switch, and gives you headphone jack and audio in comes with a pretty stiff cable. Overall great speakers with impressive bass sound and stereo that are on the higher price end, though worth the money.

Its been about a month since I purchased these bose speakers and all I can say is it was worth it. The speakers look good. The build quality is top notch and they sound amazing. Would definitely recommend these if you are looking for a set of desktop speakers or for your laptop.

Great set of Speakers! I hooked them up to my Desktop Computer and with the built in Equalizer in Windows 10, they went to the next level. Deep, rich sound. You can take the volume up and the music stays clean. I only wish I did this months ago.

Got these to go along with my new computer as my old speakers had died. Wanted good sound w/o clutter, as in having a 3rd speaker under the desk(subwoofer). this fit the bill nicely. Not earthshakingly loud, but good, accurate sound, much nicer than the 3-speaker module I was using.

I never thought I really needed speakers for my desktop computer, but boy do these make a fantastic difference! They're compact but generate crisp, clear, full sound for music listening while working or browsing - I love them!

I was needing a new set of speakers for our church computer that we use during our informal early service on Sunday morning. The previous ones were large with a separate subwoofer. This set sounds better and fills the room with a moderate volume.

I went from a system with a sub woofer to the 2 speaker system with the bose. It was a easy decision because I have bose systems on all my tv's. I've had them hooked up to my computer for about a month and they are awesome.

I filled a social hall with seating (or dancing) space for several hundred folks with high quality sound (OK, not audiophile or home theater grade . . .) as loud as anyone wanted. That is a very good deal for the price point where these speakers live. I'd buy them, again.

this is a great product everybody knows it was has a good product which the prices would come down a little bit though.

Awesome product! The speakers have such a rich sound. I am surprised there is not an additional woofer with the sound it produces. Games come alive from your phone, laptop or computer. These speakers make me want to purchase a surround sound system for our home entertainment center. Thank you Bose & Best Buy for this product!

My view of Bose speakers has for many years, been that they are of very high quality. Though they almost always are more expensive than competing speakers; the excellent engineering in their design and performance, make them well worth the price. These particular speakers have thus far, been impressive.

The sound quality is excellent for speakers that don't have a subwoofer. The only thing that I don't like is the speakers turn off automatically when not being used (which is fine) but they have to be turned on manually every time you want to use them.

These are the BEST speakers I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Well worth the price tag if you like QUALITY SOUND. Don't hesitate. No Subwoofer needed... these light up the room. Highly recommend if you like the finer things in life.

Exactly what was needed & no surprise how amazing the sound is! Bose is installed outside & inside my home.... This is my 2nd set to add to another computer I got on 6-17-2020 Even Bose speakers on my golf cart- we love Bose!!!!

This is a great product for what I needed it for. I decided to mount a small TV on my kitchen wall with a small shelf below it and I bought these speakers for them due to the less than desirable flat screen tv speaker sound quality. It serves it's purpose while being low profile enough to not take up too much space.

I upgraded (or downsized) to these speakers because I was tired of all the wires and speaker placement problems of my Klipsch 5.1 system that I have had for years. This system provided similar sound with half the physical hassle of wires and sub-woofer. Recommended by the Best Buy sales person.
