Bought these for my husband to try, but we ultimately returned them. Cool idea, but we hesitated if the convenience of having your sunglasses and headphones in one would be a benefit, since you'd still want to have another set of headphones for places like the gym, or times when you'd be in and outdoors, it wouldn't be convenient to have to take off your headphones anytime you come inside and don't need shades. But I could see times when they'd be beneficial, if running, or biking, or out on the lake. They claim that you can privately listen to music, but as soon as he tried them the first time, we realized, they don't live up to that claim. I could hear the music very well, as if he had it playing on his phone at a lower volume, but enough to understand all the words and melody just fine. So they were returned.

These sunglasses have a great idea to them. Listen to music while still keeping your surroundings as you can still hear outside noise. The glasses are comfortable, and provide a good amount of solar blocking. They are a bit on the heavy side, but not uncomfortable by any means. Sound quality: A bit tinny, but the worst part is NO bass whatsoever. None. You can, however, turn them up pretty loud before people around you can hear what you are listening to. Battery life and charging: Battery life is ok. Not going to last days, but will last you a few hours. I don't like that it requires a special cord for charging. I would have preferred a mini USB port like most things are going to, as now I just have to have yet another cord. I also feel that if I lose it, its going to be pretty expensive to get another fancy magnetic charging cable. Setup: The setup is easy. Turn them on, open the app and there you go. You can also pair bluetooth without using the app, but the app makes it easier. Use: There is a single button, which powers on, play/pause, and forward/backward track. There is no volume control though. To turn off the glasses you just set them down upside down for a few seconds. Easy. Bose VR: There is a nifty Bose VR feature which lets you have immersive audio VR. While it does work, and sounds change as you move your head. I can't figure out a use for it other than gimmick. There are apps that provide audio navigation for walking, but they aren't available in my area so I couldn't test that. The rest of the VR is, for example, listening to ocean noises and moving your head around to hear different sounds. neat, but no point to it really. Overall, I'm not sure I would recommend these. The sound is lackluster, they are a bit expensive, special charging cable, gimmicky "VR" and short battery life. I DO like that you can hear music without having headphones in though.
