Sometimes you have to cup your hand over your ear to hear a caller, even on the loudest setting. Positives: music sounds great. Very handy for hands free driving

Can still hear surroundings and listen to music, podcast, have a conversation on the phone! Just awesome! The only thing I’d like to see improved is the water resistance. That that I wanna go swimming but I’d love to be able to wear them by the pool and not get too paranoid
