    I have only just received these back today from my optometrist, where i had prescription lenses put in the. Still getting used to the curved lenses and how that affects my prescription prpgrexsive bifocals. But, the sound is great. The fit is definitely a little snug along the temples butsofar it seems like something I will get easily used to. I only give 4 stars because i have not had much time using them so far

    Internal Error

    They were great until they stopped working, middle of a ride they wouldn't connect and had the flashing white/red light. Tried everything but everything I've researched it's an internal issue. Was offered ear buds at a discount but I already have Air Pod Pros and really loved not having something falling out of my ear. Since they're out of warranty I'm left with heavy sunglasses.

      I'm sorry to hear your Frames Tempo stopped working, Steven! A flashing white/red LED confirms that troubleshooting is needed, however this is not an inherent issue with the Frames.     Believe every other review that says these things suck. The sound is cool if you're inside, in a quite location. But then again, who wears sunglasses inside? But the deal breaker is that these things lose connection like you wouldn't believe. DO NOT purchase these because you won't be able to return them after u stomp the heck out of them from frustration. Mine are being returned immediately.

    Dont waste your time or money

    Returned successfully within 24 hours, unsuccessful attempt within 30 min. No matter what i did they wouldnt pair with its owm app and when i just avoid the app and just straighy bluetooth it, it drops connection at least 2-3 times within a song even with my phone in my hand. If they had fritzed out after a couple of months, id probably get them exchanged but being broken right out of the box, ive lost all faith and trust in Bose and will actively avoid any of their products now

      If this persisted, by contacting Bose product support we will have been happy to get a replacement sent out to you as this is not the experience we expect our customers to have. Your authorised third party purchase comes with a 1 year warranty and this will be renewed with your replacement.

    Looks a lot better than it actually is. Drops link intermittently the sound is nothing greater. With it being Bose I was expecting it to be a lot better. 1 good thing it does sit well

      Hi, thank you for reaching out. I am glad you enjoy the look and fit of your frames! I am surprising to hear you do not enjoy the sound quality and that you have lost connection to the frames. Interference is usually the biggest factor for poor audio quality and connection issues but you can eliminate this by making sure the frames and phone tablet computer they are connected to are at least 5 feet distance apart.
