Always loved the sound of Bose speakers and these don’t let me down. No fussing with earbuds, really holds a charge and great sound. Nothing to complain about.

Sound Great - Serious Product Quality Issue

I absolutely love them. They sound great! I use them to watch movies when the kids go to sleep (I remove the lenses and use them as headphones that don't wrap my ears). I can't even tell that I'm not listening to my $1500 sound system. They also work great as a hands-free headset for work meetings. HOWEVER, of the 7 I purchased, one had a battery failure in 3 months, one had a speaker rattling really bad, one had an un-even volume between the left and right speaker, and the one I've owned the longest is starting to rattle on the right speaker. I returned 3 of them, but this last one is beyond the return period. I don't know if I'm just having really, really bad luck or if there are product quality issues.

I have many reasons to use them, as I am on the phone all day long. I had a big issue with my AirPod Pros and Apple kept them - still waiting on my refund. I miss noise isolation and canceling that are not available with these, but not at the expense of ear problems. Bought a pair for a friend.
