Incoming call volume is way too low. You need to turn the volume to max to hear the caller even when you are inside. The caller said I was way too loud and sharp on their end as well as tons of background noise. This was on the latest firmware.

I love Bose, but not this item. I kept losing connectivity through Bluetooth and would also freeze my Spotify. I returned it a few days later.

Hi, thank you for reaching out, I am sorry to hear you have returned your frames. It is surprising you were losing connectivity through Bluetooth and your app was frozen. If you decide to try the frames again I am certain that updating the frames which can be done via the Bose Music App or a Computer will stop this from happening: https://bose.life/3jp8fIr

If a third-party app is freezing on your app, I would recommend contacting the manufacturer of the device.

If you require any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our local support team

They fit too big for the person I bought them for. Unable to return them as my memebership suddenly changed. Ridiculous. You call corporate and you only hear roosters in the background.

great sound, not so great fit for me

The punchline: Bose-quality sound, not so great as sunglasses for my face The sunglasses are in a pretty traditional rectangular nylon frame, black, so you can wear them with pretty much any outfit. Dressed up or casual. The speakers are hidden inside the arms of the sunglasses, so they're taller, but not wide, so they don't stick out the sides of your face. Lenses are polarized. Unfortunately, for my medium-sized face, the frames are just too large. The one-size only option left a lot to be desired, as the frames continuously slide down my nose because the bridge is too wide. Which is unfortunate, because the sound is actually really nice. The speakers point downward so they aim toward your ears. I had my wife wear them and even standing only a few feet away, I couldn't hear the music playing. These would be great for commuting on a bus or hanging out at a beach/park, but I really hope they offer different sizing options for their frames. Would be 5/5 stars if only the sunglasses fit me well.

Took these out for a nice weekend of hiking and camping. The music sounds great and I was able to still have conversations with spouse and hear surroundings. Charge lasted a few hours at a medium volume. Listening to the Critical Role podcast was clear. Overall exactly what you’d expect from a Bose audio product. Biggest issue was the glasses kept disconnecting from my iPhone requiring me to resend it. Probably will be fixed in a software update. Not the sexiest glasses, but a good blend of form & function.

      Hello!

I'm glad to hear how well the Frames worked for your weekend away hiking and camping! It sounds like you had a wonderful trip to test them on!

If you were having trouble with the Bluetooth connection, I'd recommend clearing the pairing between the Frames and your phone, then reconnecting them to stop any disconnections. As you were out hiking and camping, it's also worth noting that Bluetooth range can be affected by obstacles such as walls or metal and, interference from other wireless devices. If your phone was on the other side of any metal hiking/camping supplies to the Frames while you were using them, it could explain the disconnections.

The Bose Tenor sunglasses are a cool piece of tech, but it comes with some flaws. The sound is great and Since the sound is directed at your ear, the wearer can hear very well but they do not disturb other people who are near by. The set up, as with other products is easy and can be done very quickly. The user will need the Bose app on their phone to control the sound, but the app is easy to use. The flaw to me is that the glasses feel kind of cheap and battery life is only 4-5 hours. If these things don’t bother you, then I think the Bose glasses are the best option on the market now. It is unique product and if you like to listen to music without having big headphones on your head or buds in your ears and still not disturb the folks around you, they are worth a try.

    My go to shades!

I have typically had trouble with wireless ear buds staying in my ears. My family has Apple AirPods & Apple AirPods Pro that both don’t stay in my ears the greatest with lots of movement. The solution to my problem comes in the form of these Bose Tenor Frames that provide Bluetooth audio. They fit perfectly on my head and provide the amazing sound quality that you would expect to come from Bose. One of the concerns I initially had with these was would the weight of them would feel on my ears with the additional electronics for audio. That concern was alleviated once I put them on, because they felt like any other pair of sunglasses I had. The other positive about these is the ability to interchange the lenses for colored ones or for prescription (this one is not my concern, thanks LASIK!). I thoroughly enjoy mowing the lawn while listening to music and always have sunglasses on. These frames are my go-to now as I can utilize one item for both. I have tested these with my wife to and there is minimal sound coming from the wearer at louder sound levels. Charging is made simple with the magnetic cable that will essentially grab onto your sunglasses when it is close enough. The frames also come with a hard case that has a magnetic clasp.

First of all sound quality is Bose quality. The biggest adjustment is hearing with a pair of glasses. I wear glasses daily so it is an easy adjustment but if you dont wear glasses, they probably will be cumbersome.

      Hello,

It's great to hear that you love the great audio performance from the Frames! Bose Open Ear Audio technology produces sound you’d never expect from sunglasses. As sunglasses, they're designed primarily to be used when outside in bright conditions, making them extremely convenient to use.
