Very nice and comfortable but the external microphone doesn’t work on Zoom

Very nice headset with awesome sound. Headset actually talks to you and informs you of everything from volume to pairing to help . Best noise canceling ever.

Bought them for my husband and he absolutely loves them. I tried them and they are the best headphones I have ever listened to. The sound is even and clear.

The headset is perfect but it can’t be a “gaming” headset cuz is not totally wireless, if u are using the microphone they give it, you should plug the cable into it. So is wired not wireless. But the noise cancellation is nice. Is good for music but not game tbh. In my opinion I don’t like wired gaming headset so.

Bought these for my son as a late Christmas present and he loves them. He said you can not hear any outside noise with them on.

Only 1 week old. Works great. Noise canceling is good. Always liens Bose we’ll see how it holds up. Had equal Sony ... poor soldering broke in ~2 years.

Super soft and great for long gaming sessions. I would've never thought of using a pair of Bose headphones for gaming, but they are simply... delicious.

Like always Bose delivers a high quality sound and with this added noise canceling and the microphone there is not to much you can ask for.

Great sound. A little small for a “gaming headset”

In the box is an antimicrobial black semi ridged zipper case with ample amounts of storage, headset with a boom mic, controller cable with inline mute switch, and additional wiring to include a PC desktop controller that plugs into a PCV USB to control the volume and streaming from your PC. Yep, I said wiring; from experience with wireless and wired headphones, I find that if you want no latency in sound with wired headphones. So with that being said, please note that these headphones are wired and wireless. Comfort - The headphone cups are leather wrapped, pillow soft cups that cover your ears, for gaming, jazz flute listening, and phone calls. The headphones are super light and comfortable, so I can definitely see myself wearing these for all night tournaments and/or gaming with friends. Bose Connect App - Download the Bose connect app to your cell phone and connect to your headphones via Bluetooth. Keep in mind, if you attach the boom mic to the headset, it automatically disables the Bluetooth feature. With this feature off, you won’t be able to receive a phone call while you're gaming or get a phone call on your headset while you're in a meeting. Once your headphones are paired with the app it will download the latest updates and this will allow the headphones to automatically find the headset. Storage - Another notable mention about the headphones are their ability to fold completely flat into carrying case. The carrying case also has a media pocket that you can fit additional attachments with space left over for just about anything you could think of. Sound - The sound quality is absolutely amazing; which I expected from a Bose piece of equipment. Something unexpected was the noise cancellation feature, so if you're gaming in the family room, you can drown out the rest of the room in an instant with a flip of a switch over your left ear. Battery Life - The battery life for the Bluetooth is a little uncertain at the moment because I charged them out of the box and it's been 3 days and they haven't died yet. I'm guessing the standby time is pretty incredible. All in all I give the headset a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend this product and definitely to my gaming friends and family.
