The headset works fine and the noise cancellation works excellent but it's just not worth the money especially considering that there is no wireless option.

Headphones are really good and comfortable but the mic setup is really confusing and defeats the whole purpose of wireless.

I have used these as headphones for a few years now at work and they're great for bluetooth headphones. I bought these for use on my xbox one x, and it didn't work for that. Upon more research, you need an additional cable and at $400+ with the warranty, I wasn't about to spend any additional money on more cables to make them work.

I have a ps4 and and i like bose for music so when I seen that bose made a gaming headset set i was like yes, but boy was I wrong. The noise canceling is excellent but the volume was bad. I like to hear the game loud and it was too low for me. My teammate said I sound like I have a runny nose or sick. I think I will stick to astros A50.

It seems Bose took their QuietComfort 35 II headphones and added a mic. The sound quality is not close to the sound you will get from Astro or Razer. If you need a headset for music and occasional need to game these may be what you are looking for. If you are a gamer that needs to occasionally use them for music look at Astro or Razer. You can get a better setup by purchasing 2 products and still save money

Hey! I'm glad to hear you love the sound quality of this headset. The included PC controller will help you easily and efficiently adjust gaming sound levels. If you didn't know, this headset still has Bluetooth capability so can be used outside of gaming, for listening to music and other media on your Bluetooth devices. Bose first gaming headset had potential but when I got home and tried to set it up on my gaming pc, nothing worked. It took me a good 20 minutes trying to configure my audio setting before it did. Afterwards, I purchased a well-known gaming brand, and those headphones worked the moment I plugged them in.

The best of what Bose can bring, specifically with Gamers in mind. The audio controller and mic are really great additions to the average gamer and still maintain the best comfort that comes with QC 35s

The product is as advertised. I had to replace my original Bose headphones that I haven't found since my last move. This product is the most versatile for the price. I can use it with my computer, phone or plug into my tv.

You get an awesome set of noise canceling headphones and a gaming headset all in one. Bought these for my 14 y/o son after multiple sets of HyperX, Razer and Corsair all failed.

Don't buy these for gaming. Not wireless. Tried replacing my Steel Series Arctis 7 with them. Took them back because they are only wireless for listening. Excellent for music, but get the base Quiet Comfort for that.

Actually use these for telework with great results. Bose make fantastic products and very happy with the purchase. That said, I did need to return the first pair as the mute switch was working intermittently.

These headphones have been some of the nicest ones I've ever used. I'm not a fan of their construction - they feel flimsy. Other than that, however, they are extremely high-quality. First off, I'm a fan of the fit. They don't feel like they're going to fall off my head despite being lightweight. Even better? The headphones fit over my ears entirely. BY DEFAULT, they don't squish my ears to the sides of my head. No special positioning required - they just natually slip on like that. That's amazing. I've never had a headset like that. This contributes to how comfortable they are to wear for hours at a time, even with my glasses. The second major point in their favor is how versatile they are. I can have the USB hub hooked up to my desktop, with the microphone attachment. There's a simple AUX cord included, so I can plug them into my laptop for gaming on the go without having to pull the attachment out of my computer or worry about messing up the boom mic. On top of all of that, when not connected to a wire the headset can be connected to up to two devices over Bluetooth at once. That's super useful as I carry two phones. The connection over the AUX cable is pretty good. Unlike some headphones, the people I talk with don't hear an echo. Additionally, the call quality over Bluetooth is pretty good as well, though not as great since the background noise is a bit fuzzy. In either case, having good sound quality in either direction is a win in my book. The connection to phones is pretty nice, but could use some work. I enjoy the fact that when connected to an iOS device, it automatically prompts to install the app. The app itself is nice, with a clean UI and simple options. Apparently it can remember multiple Bluetooth devices, it just can't be connected to more than two. One major flaw is the voice assistant support - while it supports Google Assistant and Alexa, it doesn't support Siri. It's not a big deal, but is a slight annoyance. One thing I did find out is that the boom mic cord should always go through the USB hub, and the AUX cable used in other situations. The manual doesn't say this, or at least not the paper one. This caused some issues - the sound quality was about that of dollar-store headphones when used like this. On a final note, the noise cancellation is nice, though I find that it's like having the air pressure suddenly increased around your ears specifically. Having an option to adjust it or turn it off was definitely a good decision on the manufacturer's part. Overall, these headphones are extremely high quality, and a pleasure to use. They're absolute overkill for most audiences, but if you want one pair of headphones that can do it all, this is the one. You probably shouldn't get them if you just want to listen to music, though - these are clearly purpose-built for gaming.

Underwhelming. Don't get me wrong. I love my original QuietComfort 35 headset. In fact, the whole reason I bought the Gaming version is that I'm traveling and couldn't find my original pair. This is the same exact headset with a microphone and USB adapter thrown in the box. It's still a good headset. However, it does not resemble an actual gaming headset with booming base, etc.
