    I bought this item for my nephew. It is working well when connected to the computer through the cable, but less so when using wireless. Ambient sound is bothering during phone calls.

    Honestly, extremely disappointing for Bose. Sounds poor to mediocre when gaming with little volume control when used with xbox series S. And mediocre to fair when listening to music.

    Good sound, but is a wired headset if you want to use the mic. The mic stopped worked 1 week after buy it.

    Seemed like a good product but have had a cable go bad for the computer connection part. Wife works from home and it only lasted a few weeks. I plan on seeing if I can get it replaced.

    Works great, however do not use this for bluetooth voice chat (wireless mode). It audio quality drops and you hear static when using wireless voice chat.

    Headphones worked good for a while but now mute doesn’t work on line only had the headphones for 7 months
