This headset is not worth the price compared to other options. I returned the device after using for about 20 minutes. The sound quality is not great and the mic is easy to knock off. Would not recommend to anyone as better options are available.

      Hi Eric.

Sorry to hear that you have returned the headphones. I assure you that is the best out there.
This is the first 2-in-1 gaming and lifestyle headset from Bose. Designed for hours of competitive gaming and music listening, with a classic look and comfortable fit to wear at home, work, and everywhere in-between.
The sound issue could be addressed by simply resetting the headphones. The mic needs checking if it is clipped in securely to avoid getting detached easily.

They are very comfortable... but I only had for 3 weeks before the left side speaker gave out. I used them for about 3-4 hours a day for work. I returned and purchased an actual headset.

I'm really surprised. I was expecting to be wowed. I originally went to BB looking for a gaming headset and almost bought a $50.00 Razer headset. Once I saw these though I decided these would be the ones due to their multi use. I have a smart phone, PS4 and PC and from what is advertised, these work with all. The first test was pairing them up with my phone and listening to some music from that. They fell flat. I was expecting to hear some really rich bass...etc. Hooked up to the PC and couldn't get the mic to work. They'll be returned tomorrow.

Poor because I was not able to get the Bluetooth connected to my iPad mini. Otherwise I really like Bose products. I was on the chat support with Bose for over an hour. From 9:46am-11:10am. The chat person said take the product back to Best Buy and see if they can fix it. He should have offered to mail me a new product and let me mail the defective product back to Bose. Instead I have to make an appointment at Best Buy and waste my time going there. I also purchased a Bose 700 Headset which sinks perfectly with my Bluetooth.

Great gaming headset and daily driver headphones

I’ve been using the QC35 II gaming headset for about a week and overall I’ve been happy with them. Build: not much to say about this except that it’s a very good build quality. The headphones are made of metal and plastic. Comfort: I could wear these for hours on end while gaming and have no issues. The clamp strength is not overpowering. Ear pads are super soft and don’t put pressure on my skull or my ears. Sound quality: sound quality on these is great. Great sound stage. Signature Bose sound. The noise canceling on these are really good too. EQ is not adjustable though. Mic quality. The new gaming mic is very great. I tested this using a playstation 4 party chat. My voice was crystal clear. Connectivity: options for both Bluetooth and wired experience are nice. Being able to connect to multiple Bluetooth devices is appreciated. Lack of USB C charging port is frustrating. Controller: the included PC audio controller is super convenient. It’s well built, had a nice weight to it, and when I plugged it into my computer it was instantly recognized without fuss. I especially like that both the headphones volume and mic volume were adjustable from the controller. Overall, I’d recommend these to anyone who is looking for one solution for both a gaming headset and every day over the ear noise canceling headphones.

    Unreliable

This headset is completely unreliable. I bought this headset for my wife because she works from home and does a lot of teleconference calls. The headset has repeatedly stopped working for unknown reasons. The headset is still under warranty but she will be on her third headset in less than a year. This is not the kind of reliability I expected from Bose.

I bought this gaming headset because it was Bose, you know, normally a great product...However for gaming, especially Xbox or PS it's a lousy product. The volume controls on the headset are disabled when the mic is plugged in, so the volume controls on the Xbox or PS have to be used. As any dedicated gamer knows quick access to the volume controls are necessary. I will be returning this headset to Best Buy for a refund.

Really wanted to like these, but spent more than 3 hours trying to get them to work with and without the boom mic for video meetings on my wife's MSI laptop without success. They'll unfortunately go back to the store tomorrow. She's very disappointed and I lost an entire afternoon.

    Garbage headphones for Xbox

Terrible for Xbox. The jack that connects into the Xbox controller causes static and “disconnects” constantly. Very frustrating and no longer returnable. Only 2 months in and basically worthless for an expensive pair of headphones. Best Buy should honor replacement.

First and last time I will by a Bose product. This thing is absolutely horrible, mike doesn't work can't sync, had to take apart one of the ear pieces to get the serial number for registration. Now the ear cushion and liner doesn't stay in place.

Really have to say my love Bose has not changed. The sound on these and noise cancelling is great. I'm able to use these across various platforms and love the sound they provide. Playing some of my favorite first person shooters, really makes you feel isolated and can hear other coming up. It's great to be able to listen to music in my world and comfort no matter where I can go as the battery life on these can take me almost 2 days and even a 3rd depending on how much I've used them. These days, the voice assistant have been getting better and find myself using them more and more as a shortcut, having my choice between and not using one is great. My new travel, game, and audio companion.
